Great customer service and great food. You get what you ask for, if you do not like fast food please dont go to mcdonalds.
I think i couldnt live without their fries and nuggets!

I placed an order on the mobile app on May 1,2022; there was a glitch and it told me to see a team member for help. I talked to a manager and all he wanted to do was take a new order. I told him "no, my card has already been charged. Just look up my order." He tells me it's on their (the app) end and he can't do anything. I leave and call customer service first thing Monday morning (May 2). It's now Friday afternoon (May 6) and I have yet to get a refund. I've called customer service three times and they are less than helpful. They tell me all they can do is send the info to the owner's and it is up to them to get back to me. They tell me I am at the owner's mercy. This is horrible customer service! This is also theft! You took my money and did NOT provide me with a product or service. I want my refund! I placed an order in good faith and McDonald's app and staff FAILED. This is a YOU problem not a me problem.

McDonald's in tempe, AZ. #******* Rural and baseline. Have one of the greatest services in morning hours. The girls are friendly fast and accurate on orders. Keep it up!

Went to McDonalds today to get quick lunch. (Store *******, Goodyear AZ). Anything but quick. Waited 10 minutes in line behind 1 person. Ordered 10 nuggets, fries, and cup of water. I was informed that store policy was now to charge $1 for a cup of water. Disappointing. Is this their way of fighting inflation? Done with McDonalds.

My order and give you a headache to fix what they screwed up! Hawkspraire mcdonalds is not the place to go eat unless u don't want what u order. Their staff is a bunch of unprofessional uneducated children who take no concern to doing their jobs correctly!

I went to the Drive Thru today and ordered my reg fish sandwich and a small fries. I paid more because I did not want a drink and it costs more to not have a drink. I get my order and pull away. I reach in the bag to retrieve my items and first thing I get is two straws. No drink ordered. I lay them down and reach in to retrieve the half case of napkins. I go in again and retrieve my fries to see a half little bag of pieces of fries and not real fries. I finally get my sandwich and open the box to see the half piece of cheese hanging out of the sandwich so I open it to put the cheese (can you not afford a whole piece of not cheese) on it and now I know why I have a half case of napkins. It looked like they shot the tartar sauce onto the sandwich and under the sandwich. I had tartar all over my hands. After cleaning my hands up and went to take a bite it was just cold and the pieces of fries were just room temp and hard. They must have scraped the bin for those. Seven dollars and all for nothing. McDonalds must have about 7 cents in the cost of what they served me and I know they had to pay the three people in the restaurant more money but if you do not serve something that people can eat anymore you can look back on the history of all the dead restaurants and you will see your image starting to fade. Not real food, Not good, not inexpensive anymore, not for me.

I'm very hungry right now but I think that McDonalds is good and so is the website! The app is even better though! You can install it and have a free Big Mac!

It is the best fast food place around my local area and around the world. I would 100% recommend McDonalds to all those who want some good fast food it is some of the best. There is nothing really bad to say about Mcdonalds other then its unhealthy but that's all fast food.

When I hang out with my friends, we don't loose any chance to attend McDonald's. Drinks and snacks are so yummy! And service seems to be appropriate!

It is ok nothing special, cheeseburgers are tasty but small but everything else kinda tastes the same to me.

$#*!, you best believe ima compare this hunk of junk to a basic white $#*!. Like the walls aren't black. We have aesthetic differences and this needs the change. Like, girl, get a glow up before I force plastic surgery on you. The food isn't even good! Fast food? More like a quick heart attack. There's more greese in one fry than there is in a whole deep fryer! If you want a heart attack, come here and burn your eyes out with the terrible interior design. Take some pride in your "restaurant" and make it a emo friendly place.

Do you know what's the diffrence between chocolate and fanta service was poor and workers were rude.

Just had there new big burger meal how small the burgers are the buns are bigger then the burger also had a big mack they should call that maggot mack how small it was Apple pie gone small aswell you go to the u.s. a and there MacDonald's food much bigger looks so good on TV but narr nothing like it

Went McDonald's in Vancouver Washington in Orchards on 112th they have fish sandwich buy one get one for a dollar if you order a meal as one they won't give the other fish sandwich for a Dollar they want to charge you full price, so I said not that's a rip off so I went to Burger King got two complete meals for $5 less the McDonald's wanted for there one meal and a extra fish sandwich

Drive-thru service was poor. I was in line for 30 minutes with only three cars in front. Cashier and food delivery workers were rude.
