Mcdonald's always messes up my food a LOT like when I order cheeseburger ONLY pickles, they have a 75% chance to put mustard, ketchup, and onions on it.

I love McDonald's so much and the food is so good they really added everything I asked for go get McDonald's!

McDonald's, One of the best place to eat every other day. Healthy and tasty food. Very good service. The feel is comfortable and relaxing.

Friendly staff. Fast really have changed over the past months. The food is fresh and hot. They act like they're glad that you are there. And they worked well together. Happy to see that McDonald's us improving.

Horrible. Dining room closed waited 10 minutes in drive through line and another 10 minutes for the food. Food was Luke warm and not very good.
Again horrible.

I called the corporate office of McDonald's today and they have an excuse for everything even though their service is horrible they've got an excuse for it being horrible to make them not look so bad but you know what folks McDonald's is just about at the bottom of the pickle barrel I told the young lady at customer service I don't want to hear an excuse I want to hear how you're going to fix the problem and I said I will never ever in my life spend money at McDonald's again I don't know why I even spent money there in the first place McDonald's I thought couldn't get much worse but they proved me wrong over and over again they are absolutely disgustingly horrible horrible horrible and charging $9 for one of the raunchy $#*! hamburgers my Lord what nerve

A Big Mac has been one of my favorites of fast foods! Recently I have seen horrible pictures and comments. I ignored thinking they were just rare incidents. Mistake! I was craving one and hadn't had McDonals in almost 2 years. Something has gone terribly wrong with the meat! I thought the bun was stale and then I dismantled. The "meat" looked nothing like beef but really looked like rubber. I've never seen any burger from anywhere resemble that. I did not get sick and I'm shocked! I googled and all I could find ere claims of 100% beef. I don't think so….

I had happy meals almost everyday growing up and now I have depression. They didn't make me happy enough apparently. Do not recommend.

Had to go to the CVS across from this McDonald's and had some wait time for my ride back so decided to hop into McDonald's. I wasn't expecting anything special but I was really surprised found and experienced. First off a very polite and friendly young lady took my order. For my drink I chose a small black coffee (cause coffee anywhere but home is usually a disappointment) as it turned out the coffee was fresh, tasty and hot. My breakfast order came quickly and once I settled in and opened everything up noticed that the whomever made my meal neatly placed everything on it (not lopsided). Nice! Everything I ordered tasted great that I actually enjoyed ALL of it. Now not to say that eating in McDonald's turns out to be a bad experience but I never noticed people there going beyond the norm but this place did. From the first contact to the worker who held the door for me on the way out and 'wished me a great day' I truly like the entire experience. I hope this wasn't a rare event and I lucked out, I hope this is how this location treats it's customers and for that matter other locations and for that matter everywhere else on this planet but I know that's not possible. For now, all I can close this review with is to let McDonalds on North Main Street in Leominster, MA made my day! Thank you to the entire morning staff for that!

I give them a 4 because their fries aren't that salty and good and their teas aren't that sweet and if you want non sweet they aren't that unsweet and if you want sweet they aren't that sweet.!

Because of health reasons I don't do McDonalds very often anymore but the last 2 visits were a disappointment for sure. The French Fries were limp as well as soggy with a gross oily taste, were as before they were crisp with a meaty potato flavor. Also had the Fish Filette Sandwich which was pretty much the same. A month or so ago I had the Quarter Pounder which grossly lacked flavor. Went to the McDonalds by Los Coches in El Cajon Ca. *******.

McDonald's - Food service
The McDonalds in Newport News Virginia has a terrible general manager. She has an condescending attitude, a loud squeaky voice, she is rude and likes to argue. That combined with a Puerto Rican sounding accent is scary. She also discusses problems out loud with the employees so the customers can hear her yacking like an uncontrolled mad rooster.

I am sure she has had many complaints and i cannot understand why she is still working there. She reminds me of the female DMV examiners of years gone by with tall combat boots and a whip...

I was going on a walk with my cat John Jr and I was going to the front door to get a McRib cause they were back and it's once and a lifetime. When I exited the restaurant my cat got loose and was run over. When I proceeded to crumble to the floor I heard some workers laughing. To be fair the McRib was really good but my cat died.

Look at the real pictures and compare with the advertised picture. Are they really the same?
Not even a good quality

The burgers the chicken sandwich the fish fillet r dry like they sit under the light for hours. The employees just don't care! And the price's r much higher for the poor food quality food u pay for! Didn't even get receipts that.
