This poor store is struggling. Some of the staff they have working there are simply HORRIBLE. I came thru the drive thru on Thursday, January 26 at 5;43 p.m. I pulled up to the speaker and sat and waited to be greeted. After about 5 minutes, not sure whether the speaker was indeed working, I pulled to the second window. There I was greeted an obviously angry young lady (her name was Shaniya Jackson) you said to me "I was finna take your order." Mind you do hello or hi, nothing. I asked her how was I supposed to know that since she never said anything to me. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window in my face, I went inside and reported to the manage, Demetria. I was so angry I vowed to tell everyone to avoid this location.

I was ordering McDonald's and all of a sudden I only got my drinks but no food I really hope that someone did not steal it I would like a refund

The fries kind of suck NGL. It isn't as bad as Burger King but it still sucks. It also can hurt your health like Burger King.

The McDonald's in Whitley City, KY is very very slow. They don't have the help they need and the help that they do have...well let's just say it's not the best. I know it's hard to get ppl to work but come on guys. 15 minutes on a drink only order...no call for that.

So i was just getting back from a long day of work and i wanted to get some micky d's to make me feel better and so i walked into the store and ordered my food and sat down to wait because thankfully that government made virus is no longer roaming and after a few minutes this clown came from the back and came up to me. "Hey there friend, do you want a free cheeseburger?' he asked me that in a sultry sus tone and because i like free stuff i said yeah. And then he told me to follow him so i decided to and he brought me outside into his van.
Anyway, I gave this review a one because they forgot my large fry and the cheeseburger that was promised didnt have cheeeese.

Please give back my famiily ronald i ned the bug mac too, my childeren are starving. There was a man otside that wanted to tikel my pikel

This girl in back window last night on Jan 10 around 7 in Geneva AL was so rude and I complained to the manager but he didn't do anything about it. They should be fired!

I saw a rat in the pickup window and there was a rat in my burger it looked disgusting if i was you i wouldnt go to mc donalds its such a bad disgusting place ewwwww.

So, I was just chilling on my couch scrolling on my phone. Until, I saw a McDonalds advertisement about this BigMac. It made my stomach rumble with hunger and drool went down my chin. This made me decide to get lunch at McDonalds. I drove up there and ordered two number 9's, a number 9 large, a number 6 with extra dip, a number 7, two number 45's, one with cheese, and a large soda. No response. So I repeated it. No response. WHat a joke.

I recently bought 2 big macs from the McDonald's app at php225 at around more or less 12:30 early in the morning. To my surprise, I didn't expect such meal would more than satisfy my exhaustion caused by my stressors for the entire day. Speaking of the burger itself, the patty seemed to look dry, but give it two or three succeeding bites and I can tell that the juices from the patty just come right out. I also cook food at a regular basis, call me a noob but I honestly wasn't able to figure out how in the world would that thing even be possible. It's a pity that I forgot to order fries at that moment. The entire experience of having those big macs surely cured my mood to a better state. Sorry I don't have photos to share. Unless you wanna see my trash can where the package was thrown.

Today i went to mcdonald with my niece Sharlot Whitney White for her 6th birthday. We were having a grat time and were heading to mcdonalds. We were gonna order her favorite BTS meal. She nearly Pooped her Pants when she saw the purple BTS logo on the mcdonalds bag. Please dont collab eith BTS again because my niece cant handle it and i cant take another day of babysitting her when all she can talk about is her Kim Nam Joon Photocard. I cant believe how outrageous my niece is when it comes to Kpop boys. GROW UP!

Mcdonalds yall need to do better. I mean we all know that your ice cream machines do work your just lazy. Like yall icecream machines are ALWAYS BROKEN. Like please take the time to just make icecream for little kids. Its unfair why they can't have icecream because of yalls lazy butts. I give yall a 2 star rating

Today I ordered 2 apple pie with coffee by mobile order because I can't wait on big line. They call my No when I go to pick it up it is only coffee. Then I told them I order apple pie too. They talk each other and told me wait 10 minute. After 10 minute I have wait more 10 minute. I told them do I have to wait whole day with 2 apple pie. They don't care about that. So I left there. This morning I order oat meal they put the full cup of water and they don't have apple piece it is really shameful!

In my opinion McDonalds are extremely overpriced for the food you get and the poor service. Smaller portions. Just read an article from someone who paid about $16.00 for 1 combo meal. Yes, that's right about $16.00. The person in the article stated it's not feasible no more to eat there. It wouldn't surprise me if fast food places will be on their way out like K-Mart, Sears, and all the other stores that have closed and are gone. Their prices have become outrageous. Poor service also. Every time in the past going thru drive thru, because there is no dine in, my order was screwed up. One time they didn't even put the fries in. I thought businesses were supposed to improve themselves. Not get worse as they have done.

The McDonald's in northern lights is sorry. They rush to make your food, then you get it and everything is wrong. They need to slow down and take their time because it's ridiculous that almost every time you go to that location they get your order wrong.

I go to McDonald's on 66th and 54th Ave for a late lunch early dinner 4:15 pm. Frys were fresh and hot so I eat them on the way back to work went to eat quarter pounder and the first bite was cold and raw. I should have took pictures

I GOT MY BIG MAC I WEIGH 1000 POUNDS MY NAME IS BRYCE I AM ON A SEAFOOD DIET I FARTED OUT OF JOY WHEN I GOT MY FOOD EVERY WORKER THERE IS SO NICE AND WEIGHS 500 POUNDS I FINALLY FEEL AT HOOOMMMMEE!

I see a lot of bad reviews here. Well this is just another, that corporate couldn't care less about. Obviously!
My complaint is cost. Visited McDonald's Altamont Avenue, Schenectady, location. I purchased four fish sandwiches. No fries, no drinks. Just sandwiches. That order cost me over twenty-five dollars. Four, four by four squares of processed fish, with half slice of cheese,each, on a roll with a sloppy squirter o tartar. Way over priced. Way over rated. You got me this time but I don't believe anyone cares.
Never again!

I was in the restaurant yesterday and Jerry waited on me. The store number on my receipt says store # 2205 on 4801 N. Academy Blvd. Jerry was courteous, conscientious, efficient, expedient and capable. He prepared my order as if he was doing so for himself or a family member. I was very impressed. He far exceeded any expectations and gave me the best customer service that I have ever received at any establishment! Not only is McDonald's my go to, preferred above all else, but I am willing to drive to this specific location, because of the great service I received from Jerry! Someone should know and promote him, give him a raise, and definitely applaud him for what a great job he did for the company! I will return to that store over and over again because of his attitude and great service that he provided for me! Great job, Jerry. This was a walk off grand slam, for anyone who knows anything about baseball – it's the best of the best!
