Had to set up B2B account and link it to an existing B&H Photo-Video account that was already approved for terms and tax exemption. The Representative for PA talked me through the process of setting up the B2B account and was patient while I ordered. When checking out she transferred me to tech support person who stayed on the line while I linked the accounts. Both reps were extremely helpful, positive and patient. The process was intuitive as well. Very good experience and looking forward to ordering in the future.
