Here is a testimonial for you, Maxbhi! Your service is absolutely atrocious. Webstores are supposed to make life easier and cheaper, not difficult and expensive. I ordered one sim tray from you people, and you sent me the wrong one. I had mad it clear which one i wanted in the buyers comments, but you still sent me the wrong one. Then I had to send it back on my dime, even though the fault was from your side. Once the product reached you, you called me to tell me that you dont have the gold one available, so you are sending me a black one. I made it clear that I do not need the black one and requested you to cancel my order. This was OVER ONE WEEK AGO. Two days ago, I got a call from your shipping department, for some reason, and I told them that the order has been cancelled. They said thy will check. I called your customer service to confirm that the order has been cancelled. Your associate on the phone assured me i would get the refund in 24 hours. Now t hat 24 hours have elapsed, i get an sms from you saying that my order has been shipped? ARE YOU SERIOUS?! I have all the phone calls with me, and I'm sure you do too. I understand that startups have problems, but this is just crazy. Be assured that I will be taking this matter up with the consumer courts.

I did purchase one temepred glass. Cost was more than usual. Later it informed that supplier has cancelled the order. They should have confirmation beforehand from seller than only company should place it on website for sale to customers.
More funnier thing. Company informed that they have put my refund in ewallet of the company. Money should be returned to customers bank account/ credit card/ paytm etc. without requesting customer to transfer from e-wallet to bank accounts etc. What an jugglery?
Moreover while paying through Maxbhi website it had lot of hassles. Literally disappointing experience from Maxbhi. No one should purchase from this site.

I've ordered a glass for my Samsung note 2.
And at the time of delivery i haven't got the glass of note 2 i got a glass of some other phone.

It was my first order to Maxbhi and the experience is good. Well packed, faster delivery, product quality is good. Price is competitive. I told friends about the site as well.
As you can see it many other reviews, They will contact you for placing the order with some 10% off coupon, And once the order is placed, they will cancel it and will put the money into their eWallet. And their refund time limit is 15 days, after 15 days they will stop attending to your mail or call...
