My order no. #*******. I ordered a Redmi note 10s display. After installing the display on the phone just after 1 day it started showing its true colours. It doesn't respond 4 out of 10 times when you unlock it. Moreover, it gives a ghosting screen on approx. 10 minutes of usage.
It was my impulse buying. But as soon as I realized it was already late, they have "NO ORDER CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND" POLICY.
I also got to know that their Warranty expires as soon as the product is used or installed. THEN WHAT SHOULD WE DO WITH THE PRODUCT FOR 10 DAYS?

Fake site, fooling customers with damaged stuff and thrown away parts from shops, and has no return or refund policy.

Buying products from Maxbhi is waste of money. Their products might works until its warranty period i. E 10 days. After 10 days you have to throw it into the garbage.

Worst customer care experience, suggestion don't buy anything from this site all product are cheap quality and no return also just to cheat people they started this website..

They are very unprofessional and cheat people, they will send you some product which will not be compatible and then when we ask for exchange of return they will straight away deny saying we sent the product as per your selection so we cannot accept return or take back the product.

Ordered LCD Panel for Vivo 1820 and paid Rs. 1349. 00. Shipping and delivery time is high. Product quality is third class. Very less touch sensitivity and started showing ghost border around the screen. The negative review submitted by me is converted into 4 start by staff themselves which is totally unethical.

I have ordered a display for my Asus Max pro M1 with Order #******* on 11 sep 2022, the order was delivered after 5 day, after installing the display I came to know that Maxbhi.com has sent me a faulty diaplay, I raised the dispute, I have ordered the display well before knowing that my mobile display could go off any time, after 2 days of receiving the faulty Display my mobile display went complletly off hence i requested Maxbhi to give me complete refund or atleast ship the display urgently but non of them happened, Maxbhi customer support is pethatic and not will to solve the customer problem, there shipping time is to long, masbhi do not verify the product if working or not before sending them,, I have still not received display from maxbhi hence i am not able to use my mobile, which has caused me a huge loss, this could happen with u as well, not a good experince at all, will not recommened maxbhi,
