Really poor site never trust these fake reviews, these mother$#*!er took 3000 rs for One plus Nord display and I receive broken display. I initiated replacement request as soon I got the order. But they denied the replacement request. I called there customer service and they hung the call twice and third time they denied the replacement and said that its my mistake that I have received this broken display. Chor h saale never believe in these fake reviews.

Quality is soo good according to price. Genuine product perfect fit.nd payment process is also simple and clean.

I have received the wrong product that is too damaged. They are asking for an unboxing video as proof. Generally, no one makes unboxing videos. They are totally cheating on the customer. Maybe someone in their team is supplying good products outside and replacing them with used products. No wonder company is located in Ghaziabad one of the worst mannerless and ethicless public in that place. This is a big loophole which they need to address, or else this company cannot run far. Pathetic and the worst service.

I purchased LCD combo display from here cost rs. 1k. This was delivered 2 days late.

The display was already broken. I did not remove even clear gaurd still they refused to refund or replace the item.

I contacted support team just after receiving the order and opening the same.

That customer support person said, if box is even slightly bend you should not open it and contact to the support team. This is awful. We recieve so many product from flipkart and amazon, such a pathetic reply we never recieve from them. They are not ready to refund or replace the item now.

Also, I will dont recomment this Maxbhi. I referred the rating from mouthshut, but that seems to be fake to me.

They literally send the damaged product.

I went through a horrible and unpleasant purchasing experience with Maxbhi.com, I ordered a screen for iPhone XS MAX and I received a product after waiting a 7 long days. Once opened the box I noticed a screen which is not even look like a new/ working condition. On top of it when I try to compare it with my current device noticed that it is not even compatible with XS MAX.
Here comes the second/Hard part of my pathetic purchasing experience, I contacted maxbhi and asked for replacement, they asked me to raise a replacement request, after creating request and having a lot of to-fro communication over sharing the pictures of screen I received, the current phone image they declined my replacement request and concluded that it was the not the product they send to me and more over they are shared me some images of XS MAX screen(Front and back) stating that it was the product originally shipped, This sounds really a joke to me! How would I know if that image is legit! And more over the support person is asking me an unboxing video of the product to confirm it the the actual product I received which will be the highlight thing of my entire shopping experience.
So be aware all the customers to keep a record of unboxing video of the product what ever you guys purchased here in-oder to counterpart your horrible shopping experience at maxbhi.com.
Overall its a complete waste of my money and mental agony for judged as a false accusing customer.
