Maxbhi earning strategy is, to give you some products on time and later as you order more and more, you will realise they are not able to fulfil the product delivery. Then move your funds into wallet in Maxbhi account. That itself gains lot of bank interest for them. Image across the globe customers, how much money they are holding with Maxbhi wallets? This is the actual money earner for them, not the products. When you request for transfer this money from wallet to bank account, they take 2 weeks literally. Some day, we might see Maxbhi close the shop with all crores of money in their customer wallets.

I have ordered multiple parts for my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from Maxbhi.com My rear panel as well as the rear camera glass were damaged sue to a fall. Hence I needed a replacement.

The parts are easily available and catalogued on the website. The quality, while of course not the original, is definitely better than most replica pieces. For the rear panel, the color was only 70% match or so. The panel was a shade darker than the stock color. Order processing and shipping too are on the quicker side. I received both parts in Pune within 3 days from placing the order.

Worth a buy. Especially if other options aren't available.

These guys are some local shop near Karol Bagh, they used some "2000 mein website banwaye" service and now they are looting customers from this website.

I have thrice (yes my fault) been looted by them. Sometimes their product never arrives, then they don't reply on contacting and then they tell that their support period has expired so they can't do anything. Also very ridiculously, if for some reason delivery doesn't happen or gets returned, they say they are not responsible for it, and it's upto you to deal with courier service, they just dont care. Can you even believe it, and who allowed them to make such a policy and operate it, Its just a matter of time, till somebody approaches consumer court.

One time I got a LCD, which was defective. It stopped working within hours of installation within phone, and on contacting & re-contacting them they told that some seal is not there, which they placed very cleverly in such a way that It will get broken during installation in phone, and stating their so called terms & conditions they refused return.

They never display their conditions upfront for any returns, which is what these people are trying to benefit from.

Another time, they sent me a display panel without frame, while in picture it was with frame.The Customer Service guy said, its mentioned below the picture that product might be different from what is depicted in picture. Again can you believe it, how the hell will a customer supposed to know then what is he buying? And with this clause, they can show you a iphone screen and send you a samsung screen stating it may differ from picture.

You might be getting idea of level Fraud these guys are comitting, I have planned to take some time out & put a case against them in consumer court. Only when Law Enforcement sees their illegal activities, will such cheaters can be stopped or checked.

Moreover, they don't refund, cancel or even take returns rarely. You paid them money, then you are stuck and your money is lost.

In short, its a TRAAAAAP, beware and don't fall for it ever, never buy anything at all from them. You may use aliexpress or amazon or ebay or flipkart, if you are so hell bent on ordering mobile parts online.
