Recently I bought a Moto X4 LED from Maxbhi.com. When I connected it with my mobile, the touch was not working. I requested for replacement. I returned it properly with proper packing. They have returned back the same LED and gave the excuse that I have not returned it properly. The company is cheating it clients. They take payment in advance and then sell substandard chinese product. In case of quality issue, these people do not replace the item by giving a lot of excuse. Horrific experience...

I bought a product from them and got a defective product and requested for replacement. They sent back another defective product saying that the product i sent to them ia defective. Why the hell would i send them a defective product from my side. I even sent them the photos. They are now saying the warranty is not for opened product. I haven't even opened the product and i sent them the product the way i recieved it. Fraud website. I'm filing a case against them
