मैने Techno i7 का बैटरी मँगवाया। सही प्रोडक्ट भी नही भेजा गया और ना ही उसे रिप्लेस किया गया। 10 दिन रिप्लेसमेंट वॉरंटी प्रोसेस में ही खत्म कर दिया गया।

Very bad. I had placed the order on 29th October 2021 for Samsung m20 LCD with touch screen combo. Got it on 3rd November 2021. Fixed it on 6th November 2021 only (Diwali busy). Worked for three days. Then half the display turned black. Contacted them for replacement on 10th November 2021. Got a very strange reply. They are claiming that we should not remove the protective sticker of the LCD display for testing as that is the warranty sticker. When i asked how to check the touch without removing the sticker, their only reply was warranty sticker is removed ( the protective sticker). Even after i have sent the picture with the protective sticker, they are sticking to the same story. I don't understand and simply stopped asking for replacement. Seems to me that their policy is sell and when asked for replacement because of non-working give some lame excuse and keep repeating that.

Product was genuine and compatible with my mobile phone, product quality was also good. I am happy with the service

Very poor customer support. Order will be taken saying that delivery will be given within 2 days of placing the order. The goods will not be delivered even weeks after the party order is placed. Beware the cheating company.

Do not buy anything from maxbhi site. It is like another kind of fraud website. The product they are providing looks like good. But later on u will understand they are providing the worst product. Thats why they are giving only 10 days replacement warranty. So please do not buy anything from this website...

They show good products on images but send the cheaper quality product and when you ask for the one you ordered they say the product they sent is compatible to what was ordered and cannot be replaced and there no refund policy.

Please do not buy anything from this company. Supporting staff is also not supportive. Worst worst worst worst experience.

Recently I purchase Nokia Lumia 820 Display combo in Rs. 1699/-, I recieved in well safety cover but when I open it. Display is working but touchpad not working so I request for replacement but they decline my request and ask you broke the seal. They refuse my request and clearly say no refund for this product.

They are cheater don't purchase on site otherwise your money losted i was purchased 1 item but don't receive my item and don't refund my money they are don't respond after that I was done a legal case

Had ordered many parts from maxbhi in past, all of them seem to work and were ok. I recently placed an order for screen from them and they sent me faulty product and when i reached out to the customer care they simply denied. Their whole operations is not customer centric, they will simply deny you of any refund or replacement and you will lose your hard earned money. Think twice before ordering with them.

No replacement. Frauds. Faulty battery. They ask me to courier the product and they say they will test it.
