I'm a happy OnePlus 5 owner for the past 4.5 years. While the phone is great, over the time battery drains out pretty quickly and I wanted to find a good replacement option online. I found out that Maxbhi.com was selling one with a decent amount of reviews on their website (I don't know if they manipulate those reviews).

Feeling overall nice about how the product was presented and an accompanying video with it, I went ahead and purchased a OnePlus 5 battery from their online store at Maxbhi.com. The relevant product shown in the image on their website is how the original battery looks. But the one they sent to me after purchasing what they claim is an original OnePlus 5 battery, is a DUPLICATE product.

I got it replaced with my old one from an authorized OnePlus service center in my city and the battery heats up while I'm not even using the mobile. The service center person confirmed that there seems to be no other problem with the phone and my old battery works without heating up the phone.

Additionally, when I reached home, my phone which now was at 40% shut down automatically. Trying to turn it on showed a "Battery too low" error. I charged it again and turned it on, the same thing happened when the battery was at around 43%.

I trusted online reviews and bought from Maxbhi only to realize it's just another company trying to grow by looting its customers than by providing great products and services. My suggestion to the management would be to introspect a bit if they want to survive in the long run. You just lost one customer forever.

My tablet was broken, and i searched touch screen for my tablet, but i didn't get any where, when I listen about maxbhi, I found touch screen for my tablet, i really love it, all u can get is in maxbhi

I had ordered a Rear Camera for my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone vide order No ******* on 7 Mar 22.
I could not go to the service centre till the 5th Apr. When I visited the service centre they first told me that this was a spurious part old part. They opened the phone and compared the part sent by Maxhbi and the one in the phone. A picture attached. Maxhbi Customer care did not accept quoting a 10 day rule. The even rudely cut the call midway.
Do not trust them.

Super fraudster company. Literally looting people and still continuing to cheat. They keep 10 ruppe product and sell it for minimum 599 rupees. Number of people cheated multiplied by 299. They are looting this way..
