I ordered product on 30 June 2017 but they cancelled citing that product is out of stock, this was very bad as first they booked and when I paid them then they cancelled it on July 2/2017, now even after emails they are not refunding it as I paid through mobiwik 441.91 rs for order I'd. *******, but didn't received my money back in mobiwik as per their promise, its second time they breached my trust, is this way they treat their new customers plz beware of them they are cheaters, fooling and looting people... very very bad online experience with them I regret why I trusted them.

They confirmed->approved>cancelled my order stating that seller couldn't fulfill.

I payed 501/- for it using my bank account and they refunded that amount to Maxbhi e-wallet which is of no use for me! I have NO PLANS to purchase again from Maxbhi, so in what way does the e-wallet be useful?

I contacted their CS three days back with ref #******* asking to refund amount to my bank account but received no response yet.

I already bought it from other store. So no more need that item. Just want my money back!

These guys irresponsible idiots. I ordered 2 items. After a week doing frequent follow up with they said one item is out of stock and we will ship partial order. I accepted and they sent one item. But even after a month the so called eWallet is not credited to my credit account, just it is lying on eWallet only. No reply to email. There is an idiot called "Deepak", he never replied back with proper answers. The very bad thing that still the status of other item is shown as available. Dont ever buy from this cheaters.
I have very bad experience in reaching customer care, very pathetic

Money Deducted 2 Times From My Account For The One Order.

I was trying to order Samsung galaxy on5 touch digitizer costs 482.49 rupees. I was making payment through mobikwik wallet. At payment page order got stuck but my money got deducted from my account. After that i received a message from maxbhi that my order was unpaid and try payment again. After that i opened the link given in the message and paid again But i didn't received my first payment amount. I asked mobikwik, they said the payment was successful. When i ask about the refund from maxbhi they just cancelled my account and deleted my all order history. I mailed them a lot of time. They never replied to my mail. Please take some action again maxbhi.com.
They are cheating people's money.
