I had ordered Touch Screen Digitizer for Micromax A110Q Canvas 2 Plus from Maxbhi.com through DTDC couriers, however after opening the package I found that the Touch Screen Digitizer was broken, the product is completely damaged.
I had raised the issue with Maxbhi.com, and as per Maxbhi.com they are not responsible for any kind of damage in transit/transport.
I have sent several emails to DTDC customer support, however did not get any response from them.
Total loss of money, please dont buy any products from Maxbhi.com.

I ordered for Phicomm mobile touchscreen digitizer. They cancelled my order after one week. Its being two weeks and I have not yet received the amount. In site they have given as wait for 30 working days and raise a complaint after that. This is nonsense. Usually it could take up to 7 working days to reflect in bank account if they really process the refund immediately after cancellation. Waiting for 30 WORKING days doesn't make any sense, as we may even forget after so many days. May be that is the intent of this site so that if user do not raise any concern after 30 working days they may not return the amount at all..
