This site is garbage. They misrepresent what they are selling and the products received are not what is advertised on their website. They literally stole a picture of a dress from another store and then sent me something that resembled it, but was definitely not that same dress. They are slow to respond to emails and they refuse to accept returns or give refund or even give store credit for your purchases. My package got here one month after it was ordered and it was hard for me to contact anyone to get information on it. The only way to communicate with the company is through email and that is an unreliable source of communication. Run far away. Do not shop here. I wish I could do more than write this review but this will have to do.

Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. How they continue to stay in business without getting sued is beyond me. The clothing is cheap and not as advertised. They do not allow returns despite their return policy stating otherwise. The most ridiculous buying and customer service experience ever, they basically stole my money in exchange for ill fitting, cheap clothing I would never wear.

I had the worst experience here. I found some dresses I liked for my wedding I was going to use for my bridesmaids. I ordered them months in advance and got an email that said they arrived. I got home to find only one of the seven dresses I ordered had arrived. I reached out to them saying I needed the other dresses ASAP only to find out they were now out of stock and it would be a couple weeks until they were back in stock. I thought I would have enough time before my wedding so I decided to wait until they restocked which they did about two weeks before my wedding. I had emailed them multiple times at this point saying to cancel my order if they hadn't shipped yet, and a day after my 3rd email, I got a shipment notification. The rest of the dresses arrived the day I got married and were THE WRONG DRESSES. A completely different color and pattern than I had originally ordered. I emailed them to say I wanted to return all of the dresses for a refund. They instead offered me 5 dollars compensation and said I could keep the dresses. After months of emailing them back and forth saying this wasn't acceptable and I wanted to send them back for a full refund, they still wouldn't budge. I got them up to 40$ of compensation. I literally asked to speak to a manager or supervisor 5 times so that I could figure out the return process. Nothing. Sometimes I had to email them multiple times about the same question and they still wouldn't work with me. I finally got my bank involved and got a full refund thankfully. But this was honestly such a headache and such a huge stress around an already stressful time of planning a wedding. Never ever shop here. They are terrible to work with and shipping times take forever. 0/10 would recommend.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company! I too wish I had read reviews. It's clear they make poor reproductions of real clothes (item's I've found on other legit websites...) and even use identical photos, and charge the same price. Then some poor person in China is charged with reproducing the product and will probably receive nothing. I tried to return the item using proper channels, and for the firs time in my life was asked to "PROVE" the item did not fit with a photo. After complying, I was told to give the item to someone else or donate to charity, with no instructions on how to return it to China and receive a refund. As the advice of another review here, I escalated the complaint via PayPal and I'm hopeful they will return my money.

The dresses I ordered were nothing like the pictures online. The colours were off, material was horrible and the size was 20cm smaller than the sizing chart on their website.
They refused to refund and their customer service is shocking - they reply with generic emails like
Robots and just tell you to regift the horrible clothing to a friend.
Their social links on their website go to fake pages.
Worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I was stupid and read the reviews 5 min after ordering. Contacted the company within 15 minutes of ordering, like their website says- "contact within 24 hours for full refund- UNLESS SHIPPED" well of course my order had "shipped" already, 15 min after ordering. Yet here I am still waiting. Don't be like me DONT BE STUPID

DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. Their website states that they allow returns of items within 15 days of receipt as long as it is unworn and unwashed. I emailed about returning and I don't even know where to begin!

1. When I emailed, the first person asked if I actually read the size chart and questioned why I ordered the size I did!
2. The second person told me to send pictures of the dress with what was exactly wrong with it.
3. Their customer service seems to be an auto response that is almost exactly identical in verbiage with a few small changes.

Despite about 20 back and forth exchanges, I still have not managed to get my item returned. I would NEVER order from this company again!

This company is a scam. They're products DO NOT reflect what they have advertised on their website. They are incredibly cheaply made and are not as described whatsoever. They do not stand by their return policy AT ALL. I've been emailing back and forth with them for OVER A MONTH trying to get a return shipping label or full refund for the unwearable clothes I received. I paid over $100 and they refused to send me a return shipping label that I was prepared to pay for. I ended up getting a third of what I paid back in return. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Total scam. I ordered several bridesmaids dresses and some shirts. I got half my order and the sizes were way off. I tried to find out where the rest of my order was and can't get any help. I get a different email written by someone who obviously doesn't speak English well. They never help me. They just keep asking for a photo of the package, which I don't have any more. Which is sketchy because they have all of my other order information. This was a scam. They took a couple hundred dollars from me and I got half my order and it was not as advertised.

This company refuses to give refunds despite its clear refund policy. It will send you on a goose chase, emailing you back and forth every 24 hours while you try and get a return address to send your items back. Terrible, terrible service in breach of Australian Consumer law. The dresses are average quality.

They keep telling me to give the dresses to friends or charity, and that its too inconvenient and expensive for me to post the dresses back to China. Actually, that's for me to decide. And no I wont take a partial refund of $6 on a %150 order!

I ordered three dresses. 2 of them are good quality and the size that I had ordered for. However, the size label was cutoff on both. The third dress was completely the wrong size - which is okay it happens. This is where my disappointment begins— this is a simple problem which anyone in support can understand but they have been trying to make a fool of me by giving lame stories how each dress is different and I should measure myself and then measure the dress... seriously? I tried the dress it is atleast multiple sizes bigger. I gave up. I understand this is their defense mechanism. If they come back and offer to send me the right size I will be happy and may take down this review as overalll I only want the right size I do love the dress quality.

Terrible customer service, terrible product. Dress unusable and Ugly! Their solution, donate to charity! Also they only let good reviews pass through to their website.

I knew the reviews were bad but I thought I would give it a chance. I ordered their flagship item which was an embroidered dress for about $50. It did come and it does look like the picture. It also was the correct size ended fit pretty well. However, the website posting said that it was 100% cotton and it was definitely cheap polyester and it also said on the tag that it was 100% polyester. It also smelled like it had been sitting in the warehouse for a few years. I probably won't order from again but at least they tried.
