Great site for meeting local singles because the location filter actually shows people in the area!

The site isn't anything special, it has all standard features. But, in my experience, it's more active than most similar sites.

After 2 weeks of no local responses, as stated as a preference in my profile, I decided to cancel automatic payment. You can't do it online and have to call. I did that and was told that automatic billing was ended however never got an email confirmation. Called again and was told that my account was active and I got an extra week of membership. I literally had to scream cancel my membership, because the woman kept trying to talk me out of it. Finally I was successful.

I forgot my log-in info because I used some old email to register. All my chats with potential matches would have been lost without their support team.

Support teams on most sites take a long time to answer. Not the case here. They solved my login problem within half an hour.

I made a profile on Mature Dating.Com and put my credit card details in for a 3 day trial for $4.17 which I was told could be cancelled anytime to avoid repeat billing of $51.00 month. Nothing of interest on there so I went to cancel repeat billing and the place they said to click on didn't exist. Got my daughter to double check it was not just me missing something. Eventually I had to ring them. Sounded like a call centre in the Phillipines. Regardless of how many times I said I wanted to cancel the woman ignored me and kept telling me of all the extras they had given me. When I insisted angrily that I wanted to cancel they finally did. I got an email confirming that. Next day I got an email from Dating Chemistry which I never joined and there was my same profile and a message that $51 would be coming out of my account in 2 days time. Went through the cancellation process but once again only option was to ring them. Got the same women and the same treatment. Only after I threatened them with the police for illegal activity did she finally cancel. Worst scam ever. She did not say that I had cancelled Mature Dating so was no longer on Dating Chemistry but confirmed they had signed me up because she said I requested it. I most certainly did not! Currently I am going through consumer affairs to put a stop to these low life scammers! They use illegal tricks to con you!

I joined via a link on TikTok and after one day dejected my pictures. A month later I found out my picture was being used for their marketing campaigns across TikTok and was sent screenshots from men claiming I was a fake.
You can only delete your account on a pic. I only had a phone so added them to remove the account and to stop with using my picture! They ignored me for 3 months and wouldn't give me any information in regards to my data under GDPR. Awful site be warned!

This site is a hoax and automated, you spend 10 min on it and you know your talking with a robot. Don't waste your money and time, they should be reported to consumer affairs for selling service which doesn't exists.
