Went to the store, bought card with a $6.95 fee.
Registered it online after wasting time trying to access balance.mastergiftcard.com
Tried to use it with 5 different online merchants.
Declined every time.
Went to help section.
It says if it doesn't work try it with a different merchant or in person.
Why on earth would I pay $56.95 cash to get a $50 card which can only be used in person? I could have saved myself time and money.
This card is issued by Pathward. Had same problem with a VISA also issued by this company, which uses the website mybalancenow.com
I'm having problems using my virtual card... I don't understand how to use it. It keeps asking for a code n I don't have one n don't understand why it keeps asking for one..
