Horrible time 80% is trying to sell you horrible expensive stuff. And then telling you your killing your kids. Then 10% actual hypnosis worked for about day that it's. And don't be fooled you could or couldn't actually see mark I had some guy named Larry whom talked way to fast and was rude as all get out

Overall the experience was pretty positive. Larry gave a lot of good advice in the beginning regarding eating habits. The only thing is when he got really hyped up he would talk fast and it was hard to understand every thing. I wasn't sure what to expect going into hypnosis but it was the real deal! It's too soon to tell if it truly made an impact on my lifestyle but I am hopeful to see where this goes!

Went to the weight loss seminar in Pittsford with my sister. We enjoyed the seminar tremendously. A presentation of serious facts on why we all need to eat better sleep better etc. in order to lose weight.
