I was skeptical going in to this. Hypnosis has already scared me. The process was easy. It was easy to concentrate. The speaker, John, was amazing. He definitely has a voice for hypnosis. I thought the hypnosis took maybe 10 minutes tops but when he said he talked for 29 minutes I was in shock. I really felt like I went where he was telling me to go. I would reccomend this to anyone who has the chance to check it out.

Good educational info about the body & smoking's impact on it. I was surprised when he told us the hypnosis lasted nearly 30 minutes. I thought it was about 10.

I was a great seminar but it didn't work for me to quit smoking I'm not saying it's their fault cause I have a hearing problem so it might work if I try it one on one instead of a group hypnosis

The programs such as: “clean your plate starving children in Africa” or “clean your plate and then you get a treat” and so many others programmed often as little children have now been replaced with hypnosis. It’s because of this that you can expect probably for the first-time long-term success.
