Marketview Liquor was on the ball and the communication during the subzero weather snap was impressive. Showed they cared about how I received the product I ordered. This was my first order with Marketview Liquor but it won't be my last!
Good service. I did have an issue with shipping cost just before Christmas. Not sure if it was UPS jacking up the prices or Marketview?
I have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending this outlet to any friends or family who may have need. Their service and selection is absolutely top notch. They made sure to inform by email of any delays in shipping due to inclement weather. I am quite happy as in my experience, they went well above and beyond the level of service I'd normally and regularly expect from any local business in my area. There was a slight mix-up which was resolved instantly and to our mutual satisfaction. Thanks so very much again for your kind, generous service and hospitality.
I ordered my wine on line. I was looking for a specific name. They had it. I got a notice shipping would be delayed because of the bad weather. Two days later I was notified it shipped. My wine arrived the following day via UPS! So easy!
I give them 5 stars because they were very aware of the extreme cold temps and held shipping. I appreciated their honesty and concern. What bothered me was the bad luck of the major Northeast snowstorm that hit the day after they shipped. The product left them OK but got held up for 2 days by UPS locally. I don't know if UPS parks their vehicles indoors or not but was very concerned about the extreme cold damaging the product. I opened the wine carefully and thank goodness it was NOT frozen and all 6 bottle were perfectly intact. I am letting the wine sit and plan on trying one of the bottles mid week. Hopefully all is good.
A day after placing my order, I received an email saying it could not be shipped due to the cold temps in the region. So I emailed back and asked that the order be cancelled as I found the wine elsewhere and needed it fir a gift. Then a week later it is shipped. What? I received it and will use it but dont understand how it shipped when I requested the order be cancelled and quite frankly the temps in the region were still as bad
I have a new favorite wine that is not sold in my town. It was so easy to order it online at a very reasonable price.
Held off on shipping 3 days due to extreme cold. Very considerate when called. Product then came in great condition. Friendly customer service. WIll but again
The price of this wine is so reasonable that it gives us a chance to try many different wines that we haven't sampled before. The shipping is very fast. We will continue to order.
The shipping was delayed due inclement weather, yet they shipped during the biggest snow storm of the season (2017-18).
Other than the shipping very happy. We will see if the wine survived the cold, packed arrived when it was 19ºF. Wonder what it was when the wine was in the back of a non-heated panel van.
German gluhwein is a family favorite around the holidays. This is a mulled wine served warm in a mug and with a cinnamon stick. Marketview carries our favorite: Gerstacker Gluhwein Nuernberger and we made several orders during the season. They were prompt and professional making sure our shipment from NY to NJ was timely and packaged safely. Thank you and we'll be ordering again later this 2018.:-)
Although we love the win and will tell the world we are so pleased with your flavor and quickness of delivery. However, one bottle cork erupted and split the wrapping. Not sure wether to continue to drink it or has it been tampered with?

There is nothing like receiving a case of fine wine right at your front doorstep! We live in an area where the wine we loved was not available in any stores within a 50 mile radius. What a treat to answer the doorbell and have it delivered!

I was able to speak to someone on the phone to confirm that my items were in stock and delivery timetable. The items were delivered as promised and in time for Christmas! Super service, we will be ordering from them again!
