I worked with Mantracre as a therapist, sometimes translating and lectures... i wintness through my clients that there are so many unprofessional and unqualified people working as listeners. I can tell you that mantracare never asked for my degrees, recomendation, background nothing! And the truth is because they are criminals, they never paid me simce october 2025. They promised to get better and convinced me to stay with them each month and i did, but they were lying, besides the mistake they make the stupidity of their lies and words, they are so ignorant peiople with full of scam. Too many recruiters propably get paid little, take a lot of money from companies in gulf countries, steal some presentations, and never pay the therapist. They are disgusting how they keep lying like a 5 year mentality without anyshame... they change prices. Do not go to this company as i insist to continie post about those stupid criminals, compaling aboyut them, making me work 5 months wityh no payment... they are are criminla scammers hiring people who have no degrees... be aware

I reached out to Mantra Care for a demo, and the entire experience was nothing but hassle. The process was unclear from the start, poorly organised, and ultimately no actual demo ever took place. It felt completely unprofessional and like a waste of time. If this is how they handle prospective customers, I'd be very concerned about what the actual service is like.

Wow, what a scam. My gf and I wanted to try couples therapy. Actual therapists were great. But then I started getting recurring charges even after checking the subscriptions page many times. I wrote to support. You have no subs they said. I said but look at the charges. Then they said they deleted my subs. More charges, and more, and more. You have no subs they say. Then they say, try this web link. It's a link to register! I already have account obviously. Then I realize support is clueless and change web link to /subscriptions and I finally found the page (it's not linked anywhere from the main page after you login, I just had to guess it). Even that page which showed some subs just gave an error when trying to cancel! I tried three browsers, two laptop, one phone. Same. More charges. More charges. Finally I started blasting company emails. Delete my credit card! Help! Along comes the grievance team. They apologize for the "chaos and inconvenience" then promise a refund of charges I had not agreed to and had no way to cancel. Weeks later, more false promises "check is in the mail" in other words. Hhahahah. Scammers. Finally I keep emailing and then the last scam hits. Because I bought a 4 pack, their system kept putting the fraudulently charged recurring subs into the queue first to use them up. This happened between the time I began asking for help and the time the grievance team made that last "check in the mail promise." They claimed because it was "ongoing" now I couldn't get a refund but hey, I could still use the sessions I had bought if I wanted! Lol. No thanks. I had stoppped using the app entirely after I realized it was a scam. Bank of America refunded me, BBB got no response from them so that'll give them a big negative rating which they absolutely deserve. Stay away until the owners of this scam app and scammer accountants, support, grievance team, etc are all fired and replaced with a board of directors and real customer service with a workable app that let's you cancel subs and delete your credit card.

They completely ripped me off. No warning whatsoever that they were going to bill me again. Therapists themselves told me they hadn't been paid. The app itself doesn't work properlhy and the therapists and I had to find another medium to talk. Avoid at all costs. I came on here because I could not deal with work related stress and self-esteem. Mantracare simply added more stress into my life. Stay away.
