So I broke down and purchased a Manscaped trimmer, which was not inexpensive- replacing my Panasonic wet/dry trimmer. This thing gave me more nicks in one using than the Panasonic did in the last 6 months. Never picked it up again. In addition, although I was very careful not to order any "extras", this company continues to bill be for periodic add on's every few months. I call, complain, they apologize, but the charges keep coming. Might even be worth it if the damn thing worked, but it didn't. Stay away from Manscaped.

We tried for two days to place an order but didn't work. We complained and they suggested to try a few things that might help to put order through. Well after several tries still didnt work. Changed from safari to google then chrome as suggested. Used our ipads, ipones and our HP laptop. Still nothing. Next suggestion was to use a different email address. Still same results. The end results were you could order from Amazon. What? Unbelievable customer service.

I've bought the kit from manscaped about three months ago and use it weekly. I never worried about it cutting me or not turning on.

I received my clippers and they were great until I tried to charge them for the second time. They wouldn't charge. I've sent 2 emails to manscaped informing them of the problem and have never heard back. What a waste of money.

In the last five years, I have bought Manscape three times. The 1.0 and 3.0 twice and each time they lasted less than six months. When I purchased the 1.0 the battery would not hold its charge. The 3.0 had the same problem, but this time when I charged the battery, the flash light would stay on and drain the battery. I was never able to figure out how to turn it off. I just purchased a new 3.0 two months ago and this one turns on randomly. I wake up in the middle of the night finding my Manscape in the sink running. Each time I paid full price for it and each time the product did not last. Don't get me wrong about what it does. It works fine, but the poor quality and issues of usage are unforgivable for a customer who is paying full price for it. I recommend no one to buy this product and finding an alternative.

The service for your product was spectacular. The scent is great and lasts all day. The trimmers and shavers are superb.

2 weeks and still haven't gotten my order. They are about to take out my bank account again for a subscription and still haven't seem my 200 dollar purchase. I emailed then and they said we don't have one of the items in stock and can't tell you when or if we will get it. Have a good day. Like REALLY! SCAM ALERTS

Hello, I am totally advise against buying at this website! I've paid for my order 6 days ago, my bank confirmed that money was taken by manscaped website. I've paid 145 euro and till today get no information, no email, no tracking number and even order number. When I reached for them via email, I've got an information, that I should try to clear my cookies and browser history(?), then to change the payment method, use different browser and so on. But for what? I've already given money for goods and now during 6 days they don't answer the emails and I should investigate the path of my money, because they told that they had some problem with system. What does it mean? How is it possible? I have an conformation from bank, is it payment statement, that money was taken! It is unnormal that they took money and now I should investigate their path, on their website I paid for goods, they, as suppliers of goods, took my money and what is now? It occurs that system declined it, so if system declined transaction, why my money wasn't refund to my account? Very suspicious.

2 years after purchase still giving excellent customer service. Really cute gift for the holidays. Easy subscription process. Discounts for military/healthcare/first responders.

This company just wants your money... have tried to contact customer service 6 times over s 20.00 referred credit keep sending me codes that don't work... clippers ate ok still clipped my balls... don't refer anyone you'll never see the credit

I have the lawn mower 3.0 I used maybe 20 times, The advertisement says product is waterproof when my mower stopped working after very little use I reached out to customer service for a replacement they pretty much told me to piss off, I decided to take mower apart looking for damage, the inside was completely rusted, The battery and terminal rusted, motherboard rusted, horrible product do not buy

Everything was as advertised and worked very well. I like the recharger cord and the fact that it trims the hair out of my ears too.

I recently ordered 8 performance packages through manscaped's website and there was a 10% discount for first time buyers. They first acknowledge the order was sent, then I get an email below. Without any contact or phone call or anything to check if it was fraud. Such a ridiculous reason and company that looks like they didnt want to honor their discounted rates when multiple units were ordered.

I bought my husband the weed Wacker and the lawn mower. He loves the fact that there is zero hair pulling, a light to help him see and he can use it in the shower.

Your balls are not safe. I've had better results with micro trimmers at a fraction of the cost. Not very close shave so leaves a lot of stubble, which is uncomfortable in those "hard to reach" areas. And the position they want you to use the shaver takes a yoga degree to use properly. Does not work well in the shower.
Save your balls and money and look for another alternative.

Boyfriend told me that i was allowed to try and trim his balls. The guard was so small that it still took off a chunk of skin that was left in the razor head and now he won't have freaky time with me. A band-aid on the balls later and a half mown lawn, i would ask for other buyers to be careful.
