I've been trying to cancel my order for the past couple days. I even sent them the support ticket within 10min of purchase which if it had gone through Amazon. Would have already been cancelled.

What a company! Forwarding the case to management and forcing the product shipment to me. After having looked at, So now it's even more of a headache to secure refund.

I returned an unwanted product to the company. They have not issued a refund and are not replying to emails. Avoid this disreputable company.

I purchased the lawnmower 4.0 24 hours ago. I chose the most expensive courier option (which is a lot of money) in order for the product to arrive in 2-3 days. I STILL have not heard ANYTHING about a tracking number, NOTHING. I have emailed everyone I can find and still no reply. Reading these reviews is making me VERY worried that it will be the same experience everyone else has had. This is for a birthday present. Can someone PLEASE get back to me!

Great product! Bought it because Chad Ocho promoted it on "I AM ATHLETE" it's a must get product for all men! I've even heard women say they use it

Yes it's expensive but it's worth every penny. It's high quality and doesn't nip at all from my experience. I feel very safe when using it.

This stuff works great and feels great. Not only did I feel better and more confident, she loved it. And really that's all that matters.

This is really a top tool. I sell professional/ commercial hand tools for a living and respect a quality tool. This replaced a Wahl that seemed to be designed for hair on the head trimming and not private place defoliation. I suspect it is the special blades that keep it from grabbing "floppy" skin and leaving blood, pain or that itchy/ burn feeling. Maybe something else in the design makes it good for this job.

It has a nice clean scent, and guess what…. IT DOESN'T COST $70 A BOTTLE LIKE THE OTHER TOP NAME BRANDS! I will definitely buy it again. To Manscape, PLEASE, don't make the same mistake as others and try to "improve" the scent. You've got a winner here

I bought the lawnmower for my husband and it is a game changer! I've bought many trimmers and know them well because I'm a hairdresser, but this is the first I've seen for men and it is fantastic. Totally worth the purchase, ladies go get this for your man!

I want to cancel my subscription as I did not want it and I don't live in the address I was in when i ordered the lan mower. So any items I've been charged for have not been sent to me. Also I tried to login to my account, It won't let me log into my account. I've updated my password and like many other customers the webite does not recognize my email/password. Please get in contact so i can cancel my account and not get any further charges for products i do not receive
