Takes forever to ship and they make up when item is being shipped

Company keeps e mailing saying the order is almost ready to ship. Placed an order in May and still waiting. Items coming from China which they don't tell you when you order. I told them of a different address when I realized it wasn't arriving but I'm sure it will be sent to the wrong address.
