I have been on Mandy for a while now as both an actor and a director, and I find it invaluable in assisting me with finding the right cast or crew.

Mandy requires you pay for their service to be able to apply to jobs on their site, or lets you leave reviews in exchange for time. I haven't used the service yet because it hides the fact that it cost money until the very end of the sign up process. I am just trying to see if their service is something worth my time.

Mandy was recommended to me by several actor friends, repeatedly! So I had to give it a look and signed up. I love that you can tweak the site to present your professional self to suit you, update easily and make new contacts. As a trans non binary queer actor with 20+ years in the industry I am aware how important it is to have a direct connection with potential employers and collaborators. I find it empowering to make that contact directly through sites like Mandy.

The website is really easy to use and clear about the roles. It is also not very expensive which is great when you're starting out like me with two options available for memberships. Really easy to use and would definitely recommend

The Mandy network is bridging the gap between talented people and people looking for talent. Their services are excellent for discovering quality and undiscovered talent.

Mandy is pretty much a sick joke if you ask me.

We had an ad running on there for a week and got high volume of interested candidates for an interactive game project, then Mandy decides to remove our ad and more or less ban us from posting jobs over there because we are new and do not have a website or all these hollywood credits and reels to show them for their so called "verification".

It's like applying for a job with the FBI just to post a darn ad for a virtual/remote acting job casting! They do not state anything about these so called requirements on their site when you sign up or spend tons of time writing and posting an ad.

You get the shoot down AFTER you spend about a half an hour doing all this.

I do not recommend this place for independents trying to do a small project or first time film makers. These clowns discriminate against the little guy. They should be ashamed of themselves.

While the idea of forking over for the premium may seem daunting to those starting in the industry, I can whole heartedly recommend that you give it a go. I took the plunge for a full year and it paid itself off almost immediately!

My daughter has used this website for a while now and there are lots of jobs available on there. Would like to apply for more jobs but the premium feature is quite expensive.

Mandy.com is great if you are looking for job opportunities in the film industry. You can search for post-production jobs like film composer, sound designer, re-recording mixer, etc. It has paid and unpaid jobs, and you can set up an account quickly. You can create your own profile which makes it easy for others to see your skills. As a working film composer and sound designer, I highly recommend Mandy.com!

Mandy is a great site and I have been using it for years, I think they recently made it paid but it could still be worth it considering how many jobs are offered.

Mandy.com is very easy to use so far, you can get free time simply by leaving a review or referring friends. If you're really interested in constant open castings it shouldn't be too costly, actually kind of cheap. Mandy has several listings of different categories, from modeling, singing, to producing jobs and a way for employers to post listings.

Since childhood I have been dreaming about becoming an actor, however I couldn't find any opportunity which would help me to develop my skills. I started to search for various websites and companies which could promote me as a beginning actor and I found mandy. It seemed to me that it was a real key to the world of theater plays. I applied here and understood how to cooperate with these guys in order to become a real actor. I highly recommend this website for those who also can't reveal their potential.
