Mandy has been great for family briefs especially during Covid.

I use Mandy whilst I'm in between jobs and found it extremely helpful in getting work and keeping active, I've found some brilliant jobs on there that have helped boost my CV and often my bank balance in rough times, would highly recommend!

Really disappointed you keep putting the monthly subscription up. And you also have to pay extra to put up an advert on the dash board. It Just seems really ridiculous. Especially during covid-19 too. All the other websites are offering good deals. This one seems to just want to rip you off.

I have found so many great jobs on Mandy. I fully think it is worth it to be on for any actor or performer. Each day there are diffrent jobs pad and unpaid and opportunities on Mandy which is great for a young performer like myself.

Well worth the money. Within the first two months of my signing up, I landed a west-end pay-grade job that ran for 15 months. Really worth the time and effort for any actor with a sense of agency and industry. Sign up!

If you are a wannabe actor, amateur looking to try out and get a constant flow of opportunities (unpaid) then you hit the spot. Student films, for example. Otherwise, you'll have to pay to see paid jobs - mostly, commercial stuff, thouugh.

Although I am still learning how Mandy works, I think it's a very useful platform to explore jobs, more so for me as I have a small home vocal booth. I think some more information on what the best format to send audio files in would very helpful to 'newbies' like myself. Overall, good fun.

Lots of excellent jobs on offer. Lots of short films and theatre, feature films are harder to come by but I suppose that is the story for all these casting sites!

Mandy is really easy to use, probably one of the clearest casting sites out there, so you know exactly what you're applying for. Anyone at any stage in their career can join, so it's good for actors looking to set up Spotlight or attract an agent. I would highly recommend the Agent Database section of Mandy, I found it to be more comprehensive than Spotlight's.
The only thing I would say is that paid credits are very rare, so at times the £20 monthly fee doesn't seem worth it. However, I doubt that's down to Mandy - I just think the industry is oversubscribed and low/no paid work is now common for independent productions. Nevertheless for an actor in the early stages in their career, it's great for new opportunities and experiences.
