Mandy is really good for building up your showreel which makes it more likely for you to book actual paid gigs. The safety is still an issue, especially with the fact that actors still cannot look at the profile of a director or producer, to check out if they are legit and safe.

The site allows you to submit yourself for jobs which are mainly short films, extra work and still photography. At the moment, I'm not sure how much success people are getting but it's nice to read there are still lots of things going on in the creative industry. Good resource.

It's got an easy to use interface and many many unpaid job opportunities in eastern Canada. They do offer free premium time for the upgrade, so you can try it out before you decide to pay for the full membership so thats a plus.

I have only recently come across Mandy but after reviewing all aspects of the site I've found it to be very useful for the average Voice Talent freelancer. The site is easy to use and very well presented. Mandy offers a huge number of Talent that use high grade - professional equipment for recording client scripts of various natures.
