Placed an order for goods with this shop on the 5th of April and received an order confirmation from them and when a few days later I enquired after my items I was told they were experiencing "a high volume of orders" and my order will be delayed, which they never told me when I placed my order, they never said how long the delay was going to be they just expected me to accept it, 3 days later I contacted them again and again I got the same reply from them, finally after 2 weeks waiting I contacted them again to cancel my order and issue me a full refund which they have as yet not replied to and it is increasingly looking like I might have to go through my bank to recover my money.
Absolutely shoddy and non existent customer service and border line criminal enterprise. Please be warned about this company called Afroshop MamaT, they are nothing but rip off merchants.
