The first pair of pants ordered did not fit properly. I ordered a second pair and adjusted the measurements. I have not received information on the progress and was charged full price for the second pair.

Jeans were of very good quality and workmanship. Only drawback was length of time to receive them (about a month from initial order).

Started out great for the order. They needed adjustment though. I kept getting repeated emails but they were never acknowledging my responses. They provided a persons name but it seemed like a bit or. Name multiple people used. I'm still trying cancel the second pair that was ordered.

I was looking for a pair of woolen pants, could not find them. Came across MYOJ add, read it in detail and was astonished by material opinions, ease of ordering and value pricing for services provided. Ordered and they delivered just what I requested. Perfect.

Good service and well made but the leather on the pants is not like their leather jackets...its like suede or corduroy...not happy with them...

We're we live in Saskatchewan Canada there is no options for clothes for tall men over 6'8" my14 year old son who is 7'1" has a need for jeans and clothes in general my wife and I follow the measurement guide and bought garutee fit jeans when my son tried them on he was excited they fit him perfectly the only problem I had was with shipping the ups parcel left Germany and instead of going to Winnipeg it went to the us resulting us haveing to pay and extra 32.00 duty on delivery. Other than that I'm happy keep up the good work

I am a little confused, choosing fabric for existing order, per email request appeared as though i was purchasing two more pants? I didn't understand how to measure pants very well. It would have been very useful to have had a video link to view exactly how to measure pants correctly.

The measurements do not coincide with those of the trousers I get them. There's something wrong with cut. It seems the cut I got is a kind of feminine as the jeans are wider at the hip. The stitches are not uniform on both sides from the waist to the hip. And the fabric is more stretchy than one having 98% cotton and 2% elastane.

This company has sent the wrong order and refuses to acknowledge their mistake. They blame the customers for not being able to give proper measurements, then argue the measurements are within their standard for custom jeans. My jeans were off by 17 inches making them completely unwearable. They claim it was triple checked in their checking report, I ordered 3 different jeans for myself and others totaling $400. Now I have to explain the company I said makes high quality clothes has sent the wrong order and refuses to refund the money. They are out clothes and money. Do not use this website, they do not make custom clothes. Your clothes will not fit, they won't even listen to your measurements and will send whatever is "close enough"

Great choice of materials and finishes, excellent fit. Half the price of leading brands. I've had five pairs from MYOJ over the years and they have always been perfect.
