I am extremely pleased with the quality and class of what is truly a piece of artwork. And the heartwarming depiction is exactly what I wanted to convey to myself; it brings tears but also joy every time I look at it. The online ordering process was simple (and SO many options to choose from, but I knew this was the one the minute I saw it), and the immediate delivery of both the urn and personalized plaque was unexpectedly fast. I highly recommend!

The product I received was exactly what I ordered and of good quality.

Ordered customized urn on Sunday evening coming off of a holiday weekend. Received proof confirmation by email early Monday afternoon. Made some changes later that afternoon, reconfirmed and approved revised proof Tuesday morning and received product that Friday. So ordering and shipping is very efficient. Product was very well packaged. Box inside a box with plenty of filler and the product itself was separately wrapped in yards of bubble wrap.
So this urn is made in China and appears to be a wood laminate. There are four set screws on the bottom that need to be removed in order to insert your personalized photo and the customized face plate. I took a star away because the laminate around one of the set screws was chipped away in three places and was immediately noticeable when I unwrapped the product. There is also a superficial surface scratch in the vicinity. It's hard to tell whether the imperfection came from China or it's damage incurred from removing the screw to insert the customized face plate. At this price point I don't think you should see that. The company does sell blemished goods at a reduced price and I think this particular urn should have been added to that pile. I mean, this is your fur baby's forever home and you're sad to be dealing with this. Clearly if you are going through all of this trouble the intent is display the urn and you want it to be perfect. But as I said it's on the bottom and nobody is going to see it. And I really didn't want to go through the hassle of notifying the company and requesting a replacement. I'm sure they would have taken care of me if they were aware of the situation but I'm not asking for that. Obviously they can't fix what they don't know about so that's on me. Overall a good experience and I would certainly use them again and refer them to others in need.

I ordered a cherrywood urn for my dog in the color as seen in the first picture as shone on Mainley Urns website. They sent me the same shaped cherrywood urn in a totally different color. I called and spoke with Cassie at Mainley Urns, they said they would have to speak with their manufacturer. (Why am I being dragged into Mainley Urns dealings with a manufacturer. I will never understand). Cassie said, "the manufacturer told them twice they will not ship another one out". When you buy an item from any company and they send you the wrong color, they make it right apparently except for Mainley Urns. It is a nicely made product but it doesn't matter if it is the wrong color - as it is not what I ordered.
I have numerous correspondence with Mainley Urns where they say, they sent me the correct cherrywood urn. Even though I keep telling them the color is completely different then the one on Mainley Urn's website. The urn maybe cherrywood but it is stained in a completely different color - (not even close) - than what is shown on their website.
They promised they would call me the next day and it has been two days and I have heard nothing.

I needed a Masonic title abbreviation done properly with certain colons & periods, it was made perfectly. Urn, pedestal and name plate look stunning, will be a wonderful tribute to our departed Brother.
