Mailform.io has 1 customer review.
This business appeared to have good reviews. The first sign that something was wrong was when I called their customer service number. They made it sound so friendly "we can help you with anything." There was just a recording say I could leave a message. I didn't. I did send a message to their customer service, choosing the designation of "new business." After a day and a half I didn't hear back.
The second thing that was wrong appeared when I tried to start an account and send some mail. There seemed to be no option to change your password within your account on the website.
There seems to be no logoff option.
You start the transaction and then the buttons to move forward just aren't there. I tried many known tricks in case there were certain things making that happen, but I think it's the website itself. I happened to access an option to send mail to one recipient. When I was most of the way through the shopping process there simply was not another button to move forward.
I didn't see a way to request to have documents stapled. If you sent several documents in the same mailing it wasn't clear if they would just all be a bunch of papers in an envelope with no way for the recipient to tell which paper was part of which document.
I'm not sure this is a real company, or if it was but is going out of business. They let me down when I needed them. If you want to try this business you need to try sending something to yourself well in advance of when you might need it to do any real work. They rely on third parties to do the work which seems pretty dubious in this day and age. Stripe is their payment processor
