Don't sign-up with them! Their service doesn't work. I doubt every 5 star rating here is even legitimate. I signed up, and I paid for 3 months. Their service doesn't work. They didn't do what they said they would do... not even close. My "account manager" didn't have a clue how to help the situation. Their web-site says you can cancel anytime - BUT YOU CAN'T! They refused my cancellation request so I had to call my bank to cancel the charge! There are way too many other bulk email options out there than to risk dealing with this scam of a company.

Service and support is excellent! If you're new to email marketing (especially cold) and not entirely sure how or where to start, I highly suggest you check them out. We have been doing opt-in email marketing for a couple of years now but always knew that there was a larger untapped market out there, we just did not know how to get a piece of that pie.
