Poor Quality and False Promises

I was excited to order a sword from Madsword after seeing their flashy advertisements and impressive product descriptions. However, when the sword finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The material felt cheap and fragile, and it lacked the craftsmanship they promised. It looked like something you could buy at a dollar store, not a high-quality collectible. I reached out to customer service to express my disappointment, but they didn't even bother to respond. This company is all talk and no action—definitely not worth the money or the hassle. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE
