I purchased four work shirts with buttons. They are from Indonesia and are quite thin. They cost between $50 and $85; for $10, I can get three times the quality at Costco. What a joke, I thought I was treating myself to something wonderful. When I opened, I laughed.

On March 8,2024 I ordered an item on your website - #*******815. Shortly thereafter I received an email stating it was shipped and will arrive March 10,2024.

I recently ordered two robes from Macy's. They are soft, roomy and I love them. Ordering from them is easy and they deliver in a short amount of time!
The Tanasbourne Macy's doesn't have carts at each door for handicapped etc. I asked recently in customer service and they said at other door! That was to far for me to walk without one so, I didn't get to shop at store,how many others don't shop there because of that!? Until they get some at each door,I won't be patronizing.

Silk pillow cases as a Valentine's gift. The delivery was scheduled for February 14th, but later changed to February 15th. When they arrived, the "bonus" pillows were NOT included. A call to customer service was initiated, to which the agent stated no such bonus was applicable.
My only recourse was to return the pillow case, and join the ranks of duped customers!

On the website, it stated that the shoes were true to size, but, when they arrived, I tried them on and they were too small. I didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping them back. My intentions were to return them in person. Six months went by, and I was working in the are where there's a Macy's. I tried to return them, but was told they would have to issue a store credit, because I didn't return them within the 37 day return policy. They offered to refund me $14.83 for a $60 pair of shoes. I asked if I could exchange them for a bigger size and was told "no." Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Macy's anymore, due to their poor customer service.
I purchased a formal dress $179.00 for a wedding in Dominican Republic, spend $1280 to travel with my husband. I tried the dress it fit perfect but the lady helping me had a hard time closing the zipper. I asked her if she felt this was good because I was traveling to a wedding abroad, she said its not a problem.
Well sure thing i got to the wedding and the zipper was wide open 20 minutes later, 100% defective. I had to leave the wedding and miss the whole event. I went back to the store today and customer service in Macys at westland (including the supervisor)said the dress was used and with a broker zipper and can't issue a refund. This is sooo abusive, Highway Robbery, they sell a defective dress and then call it broken and used. DO NOT BUY FROM MACYS! I am closing my account with them.
The Women's Shoes department at Cross County shopping mall has no heat. The employees are wearing their jackets and winter accessories while they are on the selling floor. I overheard the employees complaining that managers are not addressing their concerns. This has been happening since Thursday January 25th. Today is Sunday January 28th and it is still cold in the department.
Management needs to address this immediately to protect their employees.

The Portage, Michigan store is run down and dirty. The floors are filthy. There is not enough staff to ring up customers. It takes a long time to get your order rang up because they focus so much on having a Macy's credit card. The interest rate for the Macy's card is so high - 29%. The store is outdated and run down.
My name is Andrey, and I made an online order for some cologne last Friday and Saturday. I get an email that they canceled my order so I called customer service and they said there was an issue with the address. We are sorry the money isn't gonna go back on your account yet which was $175 but we can re-order it for you so I had them re-order it. Which took out another $175 and then the next day they canceled the order again because they weren't able to deliver it the same day. Which is stupid and doesn't matter to me even if they delivered it later, so I called customer service again. They said we're so sorry there's nothing we can do. The money isn't gonna be on your account right away, but we can order it again. So at this point they took out $350 and haven't fully returned anything or giving me my cologne so I told them to put in the order again. And at this point, I am already speaking to a supervisor because the representative was super disrespectful, kept speaking over me and then ended up hanging up on me and when I ask for her information, I'm pretty sure she gave me a fake name and said her name was Barbara but no last name no ID. Nothing. And until I started getting upset only then she tried to give me a 25% discount even though now I am negative on my account and I can't order any cologne from any other place. Because they haven't returned the money yet. Three times I tried ordering cologne and the third time my card declined because they made a mistake twice so I'm gonna do everything in my power to get more retribution than 25%. I have plans for that money.
Macy's owes me a refund and their policy states that refunds are issued back to your original form of payment. Well Macy's screwed up and sent me a gift card. I did not ask for a gift card, nor do I want one. I have called customer service four times in a month because I still haven't received the funds back to my credit card. Each time someone different tells me a different time frame to expect my refund! They had to zero out the card they erroneously issued me and then send the money back to my card. How on Earth does this take 21-30 business days to refund my account and they received my return on 12/10 and today is 1/12? Where is my refund? It's 2024 and this is Macy's! Horrible service and I am never shopping with Macy's again. Every year I buy loads of presents for my family. Not anymore. Absolutely absurd. You should take your business elsewhere.
I ordered a watch on Jan 3 2024. Usually I'll receive an Email that it's been shipped. I called the 9th. The watch was on a back order and had not been shipped. I wanted to cancel the order, but was told that I couldn't. On Jan 11th 2024, I received a Email that the watch was on back order and that I could cancel the order. So it's an act to get a Customer Service Representative who knows anything. Since the Email said I could cancel the order, the CSR told me that I couldn't. It was at the warehouse on back order and would ship in 4 days. I mean Good God. Horrible service! I'm paying my card off and get rid of Macys card. Never shopping again. 😡😡😡😡😡😡. And after all this, I better receive that watch!
I ordered a pickup item from the nearest Macy's store. After waiting several days and not receiving an invitation to pick up, I called support. They told me that the item was not in the store and they would be happy to send it to me by mail for free and quickly. I agreed. After waiting another week and not seeing any movement, I called support again. There, instead of finding my item, they asked me several times for my personal data, my husband's data, countless times, they confused the numbers on my order - they don't understand the word zero. Ordered a suitcase 12/31/23, after several confusing emails, the order is backlogged. Called customer service 01/08/24 to cancel since there is no possible date of delivery. No confirmation received for cancellation, today another email saying order is coming but no date. Will call again tomorrow. This is insane.
