This is the worst company total scam. I tried to talk to the customer service they were so rude and they apparently shipped my items when I first bought it but when I look its still in China. I told the person on the email all of this a they were defensive and plain mean. Don't buy from here their company is complete crap.

I ordered a windjacket for my dog. I love the fabric! The customer service is really helpful. I ordered the wrong colour so they changed it to the right colour but I got the wrong colour instead. They offered me the jacket in the right colour for free.

Bought a collar for my dog but it was a bit small, so i contacted MacryDog customer service through their official email and a very helpful agent called Jacob helped me out to exchange the collar for a larger size, i realy appreciate their way of treating customers.
