Thieves. I got a top up for a SIM card that was expired. I asked for reimbursement, and they said it wouldn't be possible because I already used my top up. I said that was literally impossible because my SIM card was expired and couldn't be used... they then proceeded to begin an infinite loop of illogical reasoning where everytime I tried to explain to them that it was impossible for me to have used the credits, they answered that I did use the credits... So they get to keep my EUR 25... Throwing in this one star review too.
