Terrible

Terrible says it all. Bought shirt 2x large and was way too small. Shirt looks nothing like advertisement pics which showed slightly distressed denim looking shirts. Mine was cheap, thin material. No instructions for returns. Total rip-off. China company.

I ordered boots in February and 3 months later still waiting to receive them. I haven't had an update on delivery and no one responds to emails. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have contacted my bank to report this and asked them to recover my monies. Terrible service!

SCAM

The company is a complete SCAM!
They advertise clothes with photos stolen from other brands. I ordered two coats (not for a cheap price as well) and received cheap knock-offs that are a disgrace. The company will not agree to a refund. Check them out on google - there are many complaints about them.

Purchased a large order and was not satisfied with the merchandise. I contacted them by email which went on forever because they wanted to offer me a $19 credit voucher. I explained that all I want is a full refund as I do not want anymore merchandise from them. They told me to pay my own shipping and communication soon ceased. Now I'm left with clothes I don't want, clothes that have a smell, clothes that are missing threading. I'm extremely upset! They have my money and I have nothing.

You have only refunded £20 odd pounds!
I've waited long enough to receive my money back after your company have messed me around, ive had enough! Do not tell me its in progress! I want to no that the rest of it is back in my account!
I have never ordered off a company that treats you so appalling and incompetent... not one of you knows whats going on! Nore do you communicate between you or departments.
I will be making sure that as many people i no... and more will not be ordering from luvyle, your items on your website are most certainly not what people receive, its cheep child like dress up type of material... and some not even the same pattern or colours or even style! And if thats not enough when you try to send back the items you have to fight to get a refund, ive been waiting just over 2 months and counting!
Im shocked that luvyle is still in business if im honest, you sell old toot and try and keep people's hard earned money in your no doubt fat bank account for as long as possible and stressing and upseting people while trying to fight to get their money back.
I now know why there isent a contact number to speak to luvyle because your staff wouldn't be able to cope with the amount of abuse they would get on the other end of the phone through shea frustration!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP!

Don't Buy from This Company

I was not aware that this was a company headquartered in Hong Kong and inadvertently ordered several garments that I needed post operatively. It took about two weeks for the shipment to get to my house, and when it finally arrived, I was disappointed in the quality of the two items I ordered. This company does not give accurate images of their products and does not honor its return policy. There was very little paperwork in the package and the return address on the outside of the package was a phony American address located in Delaware. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scamming the American people.

The shipping was so slow that I thought I had been swindled. I bought 5 shirts all size Large. However only 3 out of the 5 mostly fit. I used the measurement guide found on their site but still the shirts varied greatly!

Ordered 2 tops and it took forever to receive them. The quality was worse than my cleaning rags and the label sizes are way off? After 19 emails with 5 different people trying to return the items & repeating over & over the same info needed they finally gave me their return address in China. Then told me that i had to pay for "The shipping to me" as well as the return shipping And they had to receive the merchandise before i would receive my money back? As it turns out the cheapest shipping charges [via the SLOW BOAT] back to China is $2.00 less than my purchase?! So in reality I'd be paying double for nothing. I'm taking the tops to the Thrift Store. This SHADY SO CALLED COMPANY IS A TOYAL RIP OFF‼ STAY AWAY‼

Worst service ever

Its been 3 mos still havent received my order. And not one email notifying me of a delay. Then i had to play some cat and mouse game to track my order. Poor poor service. My worst online shopping experience ever. I do not recommend this website at all!

LUVLE Is Super Fraud!

3 Items I ordered had different fabric than the photo used in the marketing. The lace on the collar of the blouse I ordered was cut all jagged. I ordered a long white dress and got a short blue dress. I ordered a long white dress and received a short white dress with a different print than the one I ordered. And it was crystal clear that in the case of all 3 items the items I received were made from far inferior fabric than the ones shown in the ad photos. It took over a month to receive my items and 2 of them were switched and one looked like it was cut and sewn by a blind person. Please do not order from this company. I gave them a chance after I received the blouse with the jaggedly cut lace but I am so sad I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another order. I have no idea how this company is allowed to even operate in the United States. If I worked for our government in the commerce area I would shut them down. It is clear they do a lot of bating and switching. Don't trust them.

I purchased a Boat Neck Floral Long Sleeve Blouses in size XL from the Luvyle online site. By their own size chart it states that this top in size XL which is a US 16. I wear a 14 so I went up a size. Their chart says the bust is 41.7. I am a 39 so thought this would fit. The top arrived and I can't even get my arm into the sleeve to pull it over my head. I measured across the front which was 17", that makes the chest size a 34". In the US that is about a x-small to small! I emailed Luvyle and got a response asking me to send a photo of the blouse tag if the wrong size sent. I responded with a photo and with a statement that I never said they sent the wrong size. I said the size chart for that blouse is not accurate. Then Luvyle ended all contact with me. Fraudsters to say the least. Glad I did order the other 5 tops I was interested in. The label on the package is covered by another label and there was no invoice inside the package to get any return and refund instructions from.

Repeat problem to everyone else. Credit Card charged, no items showed up. Visa gives insurance for this type of SCAM and will often pull the money paid back out of these companies. Advise company that you want a refund. Wait 15 business days then contact your credit card companies. Don't let them get away with it!

Still Waiting!

Ordered and was immediately charged for item, Tracking number shows item "stuck" in CA. Paid with Paypal so hopefully I'll get my money back, at least I have support thru paypal. Been waiting 6 weeks for one lousy blouse. Will never order from any of these sights again!

Not a sweater or even close to pictured!
