Paid to have them professionally installed. After 10 minutes realized the had no adjustment mechanism to point downward to patio seating area. Called Customer Service and THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT RETURN BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN INSTALLED FOR 10 minutes. Between Shipping, Installation and Fan Cost I am in these two crap fans $1500! DO NOT BUY FROM LUMENS

Don't Buy from here.

Bought a fan and couldn't return a few weeks later. The fan is a dud. It will require extra wiring. Our electrician said he would need to do extensive drywall damage or go through our roof to get the controls to work correctly. There is NO remote, which would solve the issue. The switch set up is completely ridiculous and will not work in most cases without a lot of work by an electrician. I wouldn't buy from them ever again.

I suppose you'll never give your money back if you returned anything. They told me the money will fall back to my account but I waited for a month and they took the money anyway. Two times in a row. Had to dispute with bank. A waste of time and energy!

Returned 2 lights and was only received credit for one. Have called at least 10 times and been assured each time it would be credited within 5-7 business days. Has been 2 months. Fed up. Love the product hate the customer service. I will NEVER shop here again. Tried sending email to the CEO...two different addresses. Both bounced back. Get some customer service Lumens.

Not sure who their resellers are, but we have had repeated bad experiences

Unless you have no other choice, do not work for this company. They WILL do the following: Change your schedule w/o notice just days before you're to take vacation. Get an occurrence for not being able to login because their systems are down, a family members dies (yes, you will get an occurrence if someone you love dies... it happened to me!), the Avaya phone system is having issues and/or your issued PC crashed or fails.

I honestly cannot think of anything positive about this company. Their service sucks, the supervisors are brain dead and inept, and they lack any sense or morals.

I say this will everything pure that I have in me! This company is satanic!

Cheap product and bad customer service

I ordered a 80" light/fan (Windflower Smart Ceiling Fan by Modern Forms
Item #: MFM*******) which came with a faulty wall switch. They said they needed 7 Business days to approve a new switch and another 7 Business days to send me a new one. They expected me to wait 3+ wks. For a new switch? I did not want to wait 3 wks and wanted to return it, but they would not let me return it because they said it had been installed. Well, I replied, the electrician would have no idea it was faulty until he hooked it up (obviously).
I also ordered a flush mount foyer light (Clizia Wall / Flushmount by Slamp
Item #: SLA*******) it is very cheaply made plastic with crack marks, don't waste your money.
I also ordered a chandelier (Ethan F2629/8 Multi-Tier Chandelier by Generation Lighting
Item #: R*******). I was temporarily lost, Lumens had trouble determining who the shipping company was, once found, it arrived a week late and it could not be delivered to my home because it was delivered via 18 wheeler so I had to meet the delivery company to pick it up from them and the box was damaged. After the experience with the fan and the flushmount, I decided not to take a chance and returned the chandiliar without even opening the late damaged delivery.
Wish I would have seen this site before ordering from this company. When I discovered their reviews, their were 78 reviews, 70 were one star

Fraudulent company

I ordered a chandelier in December and was not told it would be shipped from Italy. When it finally arrived only half the fixture would light. They promised a replacement and nothing ever arrived. Every time I call I get more lies. Avoid this company.

Are they bots or just foreign nationals who are following a script? Just wanted an answer of where to buy a replacement driver for an LED fixture that we bought from this company 5+ years ago. Their original supply failed and was threatening to burn our house down. Did not want warranty. Just wanted to know where to replace the driver (power supply) Still a current product. I gave them the part number. Would not give any answer other than we need an order number. Ugh. Don't do business with them!

Not Honest.Stay away

Made an online order, called them 30 minutes later to cancel order. That was January 6th, the next day we noticed they charged our credit card. I called them back and talked to a customer service person and she told me that they only charge the card when it ships and that it hasn't been shipped, I told her to make sure you cancel the order. Well today January 11th we receive an email saying, (you got it) it has been shipped. Called customer service again today and they told me it was to let to cancel because the order has been shipped. Stay away..

Very Slow Shipping & Poor Communication

On Nov 26, I placed a large order for Christmas gifts for my clients. Over two weeks later, they still haven't shipped my order! And they have been terrible about keeping me informed of delays. I will not buy from Lumens again.

No customer service

Ordered a $2800 Artemide floor lamp from Lumens. Lamp arrived pretty fast. Packaging heavily damaged but lamp seems fine. Noticed that a LED bulb was missing and notified Lumens. Checked twice since and getting same reply that the replacement ( not the accurate term since it was not supplied) is pending approval. The bulb is a $5 item and considering the price of the lamp they should send a messenger delivering the bulb. Would never order again from knowing how the ( don't) take care of issues.

These people are not the problem, the workers are patient and attempt to help resolves the issue; their problem is the lack of software that permits them to help you in real time. I had to call them six times, SIX! And the issue is STILL NOT RESOLVED. They arrent able to input data on a recent order or change an order that timed out becuase of their negligence, so you are left with the run around of going to do the purchase online then call back. In 2022 who still works like this?
Save yourself the trouble and go to a company that has a reputable customer service and is accredited by the better bussiness bureau, which Lumens is not. The amount of money we are spending on their products should guarantee at a minimum outstanding customer service. Getting a return on a Big mac with cheese is easier and more pleasant than dealing with Lumens
