I needed a few vitamins and minerals. I found most of them, but was time consuming. I like LuckyVitamins side. Most of the time i can find everything.
I was pleasantly surprised at the incredible product selections and the reasonable prices that have been consistently positioned on each and every item I have purchased from Lucky Vitamins. If I have questions or need detailed information on items I purchase, it's all provided with reviews. This at times, has helped me make decisions, and all convienantly, without leaving my home. Couple that with free shipping, it makes for a great shopping experience! I highly recommend Lucky Vitamin.

I enjoy shopping at Lucky Vitamin and trying different products. Most often I'm very excited about the products when they arrive and am satisfied with them as well as the price I paid for them. When I've had to cancel a back ordered item, they are very quick to respond and help out, which is great customer service.
This site has so many products that you don't find elsewhere and the auto shipping is great! Ordering and payment is super easy.
It seems you had more choices, and shipping was faster, going back a few years. Validation on the payment screen is not user friendly - CC numbers are not flagged if entered incorrectly. A general "notice" the "Someting Went Wrong" appears!
Living in California, it was not easy finding certain products I couldn't live without. The traffic and the sales tax and the CRV made shopping for certain products a real hassle. I found Lucky Vitamin online and my world changed forever. Soaps Vitamins ColdBrew Concentrate and Green Tea all in one place! I made it to Free Shipping on my first order. It was EASY! Would reorder again I'm sure!
Orders have always been received within the time stated. The only problem on my orders have been when protein chips are ordered; shipping department places them in the same box as heavy items and the chips are crushed by the time they are delivered. All products ordered are delicious!
My husband drinks beet performer beet juice every day before working out. At $3+ per can, it gets pretty expensive! I have searched everywhere for this juice at a lower price.(Amazon, Ebay, other nutrition sites, grocery stores, and more) and have always came up empty handed- until today. I can't believe it took me so long to find Lucky Vitamin! Finally I've found the same great product at a more affordable price. And he doesn't have to wait a month or more (like he has in the past) for his juice to arrive. I definitely we be back!
I like that I can get hard to find items from Lucky Vitamin. The turn around time is pretty good to. I wish it was easier to reorder things that I frequently order because some the the items I order takes some time to find on the web site. But over all I am a pretty happy customer.
I recently TRIED to place a simple order with Lucky Vitamins. Two online attempts wouldn't work, kept rejecting my street address, again and again. I checked my address carefully, it was all correct so obviously a glitch at their site.
I then emailed them and was told to phone instead to place my order. I tried that and was then told they were out of the items I wanted!
Then about a week later they sent me one alert after another(about 10 in a period of less than a week)that the items I wanted were now back in stock.
I then phoned in AGAIN and this time, a very $#*!y rep. Informed me that they couldn't take a Canadian order by phone! When I tried to explain about all the previous delays and issues online, she just kept interrupting, telling me there was nothing she could do about it. No apologies, just rude and unhelpful.
This company is the worst! I'm sticking with Amazon Canada and Well.ca from now on. I don't have the time or interest to bother with this kind of BS!
I've recently discovered this site and am glad I did. The prices are decent and the site is easy to navigate. The customer service is good as well.

Be sure you read the front and back of product you are interested in. It should tell you how many servicings, size, amount in container, etc. products i have received have all been satisfactory and price wise competitive depending on what you decide to buy. Good show!

I love the website and the online ordering was simple and easy to do. But if i hadn't had a coupon to lower costs i probably would have cancelled purchasing from the website due to the high shipping cost. There should be free shipping with a certain amount purchased and i would be much more likely to re purchase from the website
I typically shop at The Vitamin Shoppe but have been shopping on Lucky Vitamin more often as I find the prices to be cheaper and the free gifts are an extra plus! Love this online store and look forward to placing more orders! Thanks again!
LuckyVitamin.com's prices are great! Their QuickReorder section on the site makes shopping so easy and quick. They always have sales or promotions and sometimes you receive free gifts with your order. The free shipping if you order over $49 is amazing.
