We's in Vero Beach, This rating system does not have a low enough star to rate, the should have the POS rating system. I ordered kitchen cabinets, three months to get the cabinets, due to the incompetent store associate, once cabinets arrived and scheduled for install, the wrong cabinet size for the sink base was ordered. No response after numerous emails and phone calls about replacement, going on two weeks now. Sales Associate lied about the replacement date. Furthermore, there was no cabinet shelf hardware, so shelves are still not in place. Thirdly, upon trying to use the Lazy Susan, the shelf doesn't spin. Quality is not a word in Lowe's vocabulary. I've still to receive a response for when this job will be complete going into 4 months. Is like to publicly call out the Associate Robb Dunn, due to the incompetency of this complete debacle. This is the biggest mistake of any home improvement project I've done. Still no dates on order fulfillment and completion of a project. Recommendation: NEVER use Lowe's. I'll NEVER shop there again!
Tried to buy windows at Vero Beach Lowes, waited 30 minutes us for sales help, 4-5 employees standing around up front, no help after 30 minutes asked for manager. Told he was in a meeting. Asked why their attitude and why their willingness to help was so poor, they said management cut all their hours so this was their response... Horrible customer service, no employee oversight or training... Disappointed in big company business
I have been dealing with Lowe's for over 20 years. I am changing to Home Depot. About 2 years ago I bought a set of matching locking pliers, Kobalt brand. Kobalt is owned by Lowe's and is the store brand. Recently one of the pads split and came off. I took the tool back to the store. "We don't carry that anymore, so you need to contact Kobalt". She gave me the number and I called Kobalt. "We don't make that tool anymore, so you need to go back to the store". I did. I told the store if they would give me store credit for $13.78 I could get the tool elsewhere. "We can't do that". So I tried online chat and calling directly. Suffice it to say I have not gotten anywhere. Between business and for myself I spend about 10,000 a year at Lowe's. Next year it will be under 100.00. I will go elsewhere.
