Three times I tried to talking to them and want an approximate time to deliver the order. However, they have not responded to me. One month and half and it has not arrived. Every time the automated response answer me with the same respond everytime

I ordered my dress the end of April. My graduation is scheduled for June 2018. I was super happy when I heard that the delivery was made on time. When I reached home and opened the box, I was almost in tears. The dress that they sent me looks completely different from the dress that was advertised. The material was cheap looking, it wasn't the right color and it was poorly manufactured. To be honest it looks like a bag that's hanging from my body. Now I am trying to return this dress and the website cannot be found. Please DO NOT purchase anything from this company. A coworker recommend this site to me, I wish if I had read the reviews before ordering my dress. This company is a rip off, a total disappointment.

Since Oct I have been trying to return a damaged dress that caused my daughter to miss her senior homecoming. I have tried for 2 months to return the dress and get a refund. They refuse to give me the address unless I take a lesser amount. $60.00 less. Why have a return policy if you can't return something that is damaged. I spoke with them tonight and they said I was to late to return the dress! WHAT? They refuse to give me the address to check on the price for shipping! Check it out for yourself!

I have had the worst online shopping experience with lovingdresses, a group purchased the same dresses for a wedding but one individual purchased the dress several weeks later, but ensured that we all were ordering the same dresses. Once the dresses arrived 2 of the zippers broke upon trying them on and had to be replaced, a third zipper broke and was fixed using the same materials. One of the dresses was custom made and once received was not even close to fitting and we had to pay another $130 to take to a seamstress. The evening before the wedding we found that the dress that was ordered later was not the same dress as everyone elses. There were completely different shades of grey, the designs on the front and the back and had beading all over the front where all the others did not. All the bridesmaids were suppose to have the same dresses and everyone was devastated because the differences were so noticeable. The poor customer service following this was even worse... the email response stated "According to our return policy, we accept the returning within 7 days after receiving. It's has passed 2 months since you received the package. It's really too late to return it. You can check our return policy for more details. Because you ordered the dresses in different time, so the dresses are made by different dress makers, the MINOR DIFFERENCE is unavoidable, so please do understand! Anyway, you are not satisfied with the dress, so we are willing to give you 10% discount for your next order! If anything we can help, please feel free to contact us!"
How one can call this customer service is beyond me. In the end they completely lost me as a customer, along with all of the bridesmaids, everyone who attended the wedding and many more. A beautiful day was ruined by this horrible disaster which we could never get back. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Bought a dress from lovingdresses.com and they send me the wrong dress. The company refuses to give me a full refund. The company's return policy states that if the wrong item is sent to the customer, the customer has the right to a full (100%) refund. They don't want the dress back because apparently they have no use for the dress and want to give me a small percentage of my money back to me. Never again will I purchase an item from a company that doesn't honor their own return policy!

I took a chance because I was desperate to find a dress for my daughter. Canada doesn't have very many options for quincenera dresses. So we chose one she liked and we ordered. It was perfect. The shipping took 3 days longer than expected, but for 180 bucks, it was worth it. Her party was held in Acapulco and the next day we let her run through the waves while we photographed her. The dress was soaking wet but we got great pics. The dress was left in Mexico. But for 180 buck you can do that. I liked the dress, the company is difficult to deal with because of the time difference. But I'm confident you will get a nice dress for a great price.

I order a dress for my daughters quinceanera and I got a totally different dress than the one I order. The color was wrong the quality of the dress horrible! When i contacted their customer service via e-mail to get a refund the answer was "The dress is made strictly to your order detail" my order detail was a item code. When i requested to return and refund this was the answer 'items are not returnable with personal reasons' when i tried to call the phone number

I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding and when I received the dress it was the ugliest looking dress ever! The color and material of the dress was horrible. The fit was awful. I blame nobody but myself. Number one for ordering a dress online where you cannot get any kind of refund. Second for thinking the pictures they provide of the dresses would be the same.
So if you do think about ordering please please don't. The dresses are just horrible!

Completely confused as to why there are so many negative reviews. I've ordered from here twice & both dresses looked identical to the photos with super high quality. I'm not some cheap buyer that thinks everything is high quality either. I've bough Sherri hill & jiovanni dresses & the dresses from this website are literally the same quality. Not sure what's wrong with the people that are giving negative reviews. Maybe I'm lucky?
