I bought a dress for my daughter quinceañera, I was very nervous because it was my first time buying through a website and the price I was paying wasn't cheap, but I'm more than happy with the dress quality, it is well done more beautiful that I was expecting, my only complaint is the way the package the dress they made a big, beautiful and expensive quinceañera dress fit in a small plastic bag one of those that we used from DHL or USPS I couldn't believe they were able to made that mistake, so the dress came all wrinkle and I don't know how to press it, I don't want to ruin such a wonderful dress, I would be able to pay them to have a better way to ship my daughter dreamed dress.

I ordered my dress on April 3rd, and I was informed that it would arrive on April 24th. It's April 20th, and I got my dress today. I was shocked how small the package was, and I had become so worried because of all the negative reviews I read after I had already ordered my dress (I didn't read any of the reviews beforehand, which I should have). The color was much different from the color in the pictures. It was a great deal lighter, and the accessories used on the shorter dress didn't match the pictures either. After standing in the mirror for about 5 minutes, I instantly fell in love with it. Even though I do wish it was darker, I love my dress. The design was -for the most part- the same, and it fit perfectly. I'm not sure if I will personally recommend this site to others, but I do appreciate the hard work on my dress.

I Was Nervous About Ordering Off The Site, Especially With All The Bad Reviews I Had Seen. But I Took A Chance And Ordered My Prom Dress. I Was Made Aware That It Would Take 58 Days For My Dress To Arrive, Which Though Was A Long Wait, I Had Ordered In Enough Advance That It Was Fine With Me. My Dress Arrived A Week Early. When I Saw The Package I Was Horrified. It Was Smaller Than My Backpack. I Opened The Package, My Dress Was Inside Out And Had No Protective Packaging Around It. But When I Flipped It To The Right Side, I Instantly Fell In Love. My Dress Was Absolutely Beautiful. As With Any Online Shopping, The Dress Did Not Look Exactly Like The Picture. But For The Price I Payed, It Was Amazing. Besides A Seam In My Corset That Wouldn't Open, It Was Flawless. I may Have Just Been One Of The Lucky People. But I Love My Dress!

Absolutely disgusted with this company. I know when you find a dress that cheap, its not going to look exactly like the picture and I totally understand that. I went on the online chat multiple times with them asking if they might have pictures of the dress made by their company; some people told me they couldnt and a few sent me pictures, which were AMAZING! I would ask " So this is a sample of the dress that was made by YOUR company?" and they would tell me yes. I finally decided to buy it, never got a receipt! (even after bugging them about it so many times) It came on time but when I opened the package I was horrified. NOTHING like the picture from the website OR the pictures they sent me! I sent a complaint saying the color was off, the beading was terrible, I probably could have done a better sewing job as an 18 year old girl thats never sewn a day in my life, and that they lied to me about the pictures. I sent a picture of what I received and the pictures they sent me through the chat claiming to be theirs. I demanded an explanation and when they finally contacted me, they completely ignored the fact that they sent me false pictures. They just told me they would give me 10% off my next purchase! Does it sound like I'll be purchasing from your company again? Definitely not. Waste of $200. Very upset because I saved up for this dress for a while and its too late to get something else :( dont fall for their tricks. Very sneaky.

I ordered a dress for my granddaughter from this site. The fabric and workmanship were so disappointing. The dress looked nothing like the picture and did not fit properly. I had made plans to have a seamstress attempt to alter the dress in an attempt to make it look decent enough to wear. I was just sick over the way this dress looked. I made the decision to order the dress from a U.S. Dress shop and it's gorgeous and fits perfectly, other than the length. I learned my lesson. From now on I'll pay more for the dress from a U.S. Shop instead of paying twice.

COMPLETE SCAM. Do not use this website. They charged my account but did not issue a receipt. After reading all of the negative reviews, I was not going to wait until a dress maybe arrived to be told that I could not return it. After three chat room conversations I finally got them to agree to refund me all but $20 of my purchase price. Spare yourself some time and do not use these people - they think what they are doing is acceptable and have no reservations re cheating you of the money you worked for.

If I could leave them zero or even negative stars, I would. I ordered my daughter's prom dress from lovingdresses.com. The picture was gorgeous and we were really excited for it to arrive. When the dress arrived, we were horrified. It took two weeks longer than they said it would to arrive. Even though we sent Tori's exact measurements, it was massively too tight in the chest. Seriously, it lacked a good two inches from being able to zip, the arms were too long, and it was over a foot longer than it should have been. Also, the material and workmanship were the worst I've ever seen. When I called to complain, they would neither exchange nor refund the dress. I was told that since it was made to order, there was nothing they could do. They suggested that I order another one (pay them again? Yeah right!). I could have made a better dress and I don't know how to use a sewing machine!

Ordered my dress from this site over a week ago. Was told I would get a confirmation email/tracking info. Still have rec'd nothing. Tried to go on the site and cannot access my order. Have tried everything, even resetting my password, which says a new one was sent to my email and still haven't gotten anything yet. They have already charged my card for the full price of the dress and am now absolutely freaking out after reading these reviews! Hoping this site really isn't the scam that it seems to be :(

When i first found this site i was in love. The prices were amazing and the dresses were beautiful. I didn't think about looking at reviews until after i had already ordered my dress. When I saw everyone's complaints I completely freaked out but when I got my dress everything changed. It was beautiful! The color was what I had ordered and the dress was made beautifully! I have no complaints about this website and I truly recommend it to anyone who is looking for affordable and beautiful dresses.

If I could choose no stars I would! Horrible horrible! Ordered a dress for my brother-in-laws wedding for my daughter who is a flower girl. Paid extra money to have it made to the measurements I sent & it was 2 inches too small in my daughter's chest. Contacted the company and was told to take it to a tailor... WTF? Why did I pay extra to have it custom sized? Then they had the gall to offer me 30% off if I ordered it in a larger size! Really... how about you get it right the first time! Can't see as though I will get my money back on this... that's $116 down the drain!

This was the biggest waste of money ever! I harassed them about getting the dress. It arrived 2 weeks after the date it was suppose to arrive. In addition, the dress looked NOTHING like the photo. I ordered the dress in mint, which it was, but the lace was JADE. It was poorly constructed. Bottom line, the dress was hideous! Only a clown would have worn it to any event. I filed a complaint and sent pictures showing the obvious color discrepancy. They denied my return and refund. I lost 180.00 and still have to find my daughter a dress 2 weeks before her Prom.

I ordered a dress for prom and it was my dream dress. I was supposed to receive it in about a month from when I ordered it and still hadn't. I tried to call the number and no one ever answered. I Live Chatted people multiple people multiple times and had to harass them for them to even tell me if I was going to get my dress in time. After about 3 days of harassment, they finally sent my dress out-2 weeks later than the date I was supposed to receive it. It was shipped from China and I received it in two days! They gave me a DHL tracking number so I could see exactly where it was. I received my dress and it is actually beautiful. Definitely worth it but be careful that you order them pretty far in advance. My dress was designer and in stores $780 but on loving dresses was only $200. It was definitely worth it but fit a little tight. I am normally a 0 and I got a 2 just in case, and thank God I did because the two fits just perfectly.So order a size bigger than you normally would.
