I ordered over 7 items (over $100) decided some days laterr i didn't want the items so i emailed the company and they advised me that my items where in the process of being shipped out so they couldn't refund me however upon receiving the items i could not sign for them and they'll be returned back and i could receive my money back. They advised me that i should receive the shipment by 10/25/15 its now 11/1/15 & still no shipment has been received and everytime i email the company inquiring about my refund they direct me to some 1855# to check to see where the shipment is. I WOULD NEVER ORDER NOTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE AGAIN IN LIFE AND ADVISE ANYONE READING THIS TO STAY AWAY! ( And I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) SIGN AN UNSATISFIED COSTUMER

I received an item after waiting >1 month for it arrive. Completely different item was sent. Contacts customer service, points me to another email address to write to. Gets the answer that it's their fault and they will refund half the price and I can keep the product. I told them I don't want it and I want a full refund or the correct product. They tell me they don't have it anymore and can only return 1/2 of what I paid. Leads me to believe they never had the product to begin with and trying to get rid of bad stock by cheating customers.

I ordered my dress like 3-4 weeks ago. On the same day I ordered a pair of shoes from justfab! My shoes came and I'm still waiting my for my dress. I got the tracking number to look up my dress and updates come to my phone, so every couple of days it would send me an update to where my dress was, and this morning it sent a message saying it arrived here in my city, then a couple hours later it text and said undeliverable. Like wtf? I'm $#*!ing pissed I don't understand what this whole situation is about, but Lovely whole sale is a RIP OFF & I want my money back!

I will never order from here again, I ordered a dress for a special occasion, the price didn't bother me as I loved the dress the model was wearing. The dress they have sent me is totally different to what the model had on and what I thought I was ordering. Also it has a massive pull right on the front of the dress. This is unacceptable. Ur not getting anything u pay for! Just rob dogs. I am taking this further as I work in law and this sight is a scam! Please read all the bad reviews before u order anything! Ur website and business will get shut down!

My package did not come, and I emailed them and they told me it was delivered and i can contact my carrier and see where they delivered it and ask them for a refund! I could not believe a business could say that. I never even asked for a refund, was just trying to get my package. Then it came a week later and the dress was different from what I bought and the size was much smaller, in which I'm a petite person. I would never order there again. They need business ethic 101

If you choose to use this site BEWARE of all the reviews. I ordered two separate times and both orders had issues with the quality of the clothing.
I contacted the site and they asked me to give it as a gift, sell it, or pay to return it and buy something else for a discount. I used PayPal and lucky for me they got ALL my money back.
If your going to take the risk and purchase from lovelywholesale USE PAYPAL they can help resolve any issue you have with this site.

Either way I wouldn't even waste your time.

I was going to order a dress from the website but after doing a comparison of what the model was wearing vs what the mannequin was wearing IT IS NOT THE SAME THING. All the material used on their site is POLYESTER... which is NOT a breathable material. Here is the south you will melt. Glad I never spent a dime with them. Website should be scrapped and report for larceny, scam, and misrepresentation of products. Where is consumer reports when you need them.
