I orderd from them due to the appeal of their clothing on-line and of course the price is reasonable, but if you want to order some clothes... Go to another site, I put in a order and paid for EXPEDITED shipping with was $30 freaking dollars to receive my order within 2-5 business days which was placed on 11/8/2016, as of today 11/14/2016 my order still hasn't even been pulled to get shipped which sucks as I needed my clothing by the 18th of this month. I emailed customer service who advised me that it takes 2-5 days for them to even PULL the order. Like WTF needless to say I will NEVER order from them again.

After awaiting for my order to ship for over a month i decided to contact the company and the only way was by creating a ticket which they take for ever to reply to, they are rude dont give a danm about the customer as long as they get pay. When i finally received my order one item was missing and contacted them again so i can get my money back, they stated they sent me an email stating the item was out of stock (email which i never received funny because i got every other email they send me with promotions etc.) they didn't want to refund me for the missing item and instead tried to credit my account with them, i told them i was never gonna order from then again because i was very disappointed with the service and quality of the clothes i ordered. I do not recommend buying anything from this company but if you want to be disappointed and go throught a headache trying to return your cheap made item then go ahead.

Up until now. I never had an issue. Yet I have since filed a claim. I ordered 3 item's. Lovely Wholesale had no qualms. Removing the fund's, from my account. Yet no merchandise is in my possession. Once I discovered, my money was taken. And yet here I, sit empty handed. After a few attempts to. Touch base by email. And I even tried their "live" chat. I was continuously ignored. Until I filed a claim with PayPal. Now all of a sudden. There's a tracking number available. That was never, provided too me. I entered it on UPS. And FedEx website. And it's not valid. On either website. I am not Ms. Moneybags it's, more about principle for me. Bad for business

Not happy what so ever. I been searching for an e-mail concerning my order. I haven't received no form of response. Many of y'all are absolutely right about their advertising, which I found on Facebook. They say don't trust in everything you see. But with an advertising that has several bad reviews shouldn't be in business. But now i am letting you guys know, we have wasted our moneu and they are definitely winning. Especially to those who not familiar with checking reviews. I have paid over $100.00 and used my PayPal account. But to make the whole story short. BBB shall take these reviews to use against them and hopefully we can get some where. People need to stop posting false advertising on site that's known to the world. Idiots

I am a business owner and one of my customer referred me to this site. I spent over $400 making purchases for my boutique. I made my order last Friday with expedited shipping using 2-5 day shipping. My items are still saying unshipped. I emailed customer service twice and still haven't gotten a respond. All my other vendors have been of on a national holiday arrive back on Wednesday and have shipped out my items with valid tracking. I'm very skeptical about who gets my money and by seeing all these bad reviews and being treated just like everyone on this site clearly shows I will NOT be ordering from them AGAIN!

I ordered items from this website and I have an item missing. I contacted several people and no one has responded to me and it has been over a week. I had to contact the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) because no one is responding to even inform me if I will be getting a refund or given my missing item. After I reported this website, my account mysteriously disappeared. I am extremely disappointed because this website has amazing clothes, but they will no longer be receiving my service. I HIGHLY encourage you not to use this website.

Lovely wholesale shouldn't be in business. They have the worse customer service i have ever encountered. I ordered a dress it was to small so i emailed them about it. They didn't try to resolve the issue. They told me to give it to a friend or family wow. So I ordered the same dress again soon as I open the package I knew it was the same size but they tried to be slick and had done ripped the size from the back of the second dress. I can't believe better business Bureau haven't stepped in and shut them dwn. Because they are clearly ripping people off. I would never buy from them again. And definitely will not recommend anyone else to. RUN they are SCAMMERS!
