Yes the prices are good and that's what attracts the customers, if the prices are cheap then so is the product! It takes over 2 weeks to deliver, customer service does not answer right away and they did not even send my order correctly. ( I ordered 2 items and only 1 came) I only knew after I wrote to customer service that it was out of stock, but when I ordered it was in stock! Then they tried to give me credit back on their website. I will NEVER order from them again! TERRIBLE! I supposeively got my credit back to my credit card but they say it may take 30 days! Really? What BS is this? Why would anyone shop on this site when you can get better quality products here in the US and ships the next day!
This site is bull$#*!. Never order from them or shoepie, or anything else that cones from china... I never seened anything like it. Why do that to people that works hard for their mula... a $#*!in rip off.
The quality of the clothing is horrible, I never do reviews but this is ridiculous. Save your money and frustration

I had ordered a swimsuit a week and a half before my vacation and paid extra for faster shipping so I'll get my order for my vacation. I emailed them 3 days later for my tracking number they had said to wait a little longer, so I did patiently and 2 days later I emailed the customer service again and they said it was out of stock. I couldn't believe it, They could of mentioned that in the website or the first email I got, I couldn't understand because they had said it's being prepared, I had to get a refund and cancel the order. It's a fraud! Never again.
I ordered a dress recently it looked nothing like the picture nor was it the same material. I was very unsatisfied. Please do not expect to get what you see sent to you.
You should never order from this site and it ahould be closed down. I recently placed an order but decided to cancel it so i contacted the merchant via "ticket" which is what they use to get in touch with them and it was cancelled. My money never showed and he said he put it on my account with them but i said no i want it back on my card. So as i continued gi try to contact him and get my money back he kept ignoring and closing my tickets.
This $#*!ing website should be banded. How the $#*! do I report they $#*!? I ordered some clothes last week for my bday and I yet have received a tracking number. They send a email saying that my order has been prepared but never sent it out like... dude wtf! It won't even allow me to submit a damn ticket smh. I JUS WANT MY MONEY BACK
I made an order paid an extra 80 something for 2-5 shipping days and a week passed and still no tracking info or nothing, it won't even let me put in a ticket I'm upset I go on vacation on the 5th and seem I won't have nothing.

Don't never buy from this bull$#*! of a businesses they call they dumb self having... they will rip you off... They are Scam Artists that get you for yo money... They not worth buying they cheap sew clothes that's not even together right like how on the picture... U ask me give they $#*! negative -5 stars they unprofessional... I hope all take what I said and run with it... Or get robbed out your money straight up

It's sad when a company sells you garbage and you have no way of contacting them, what's even worst is when they try to deceive you by writing fraudulent reviews. Buyers beware...

These people are frauds. I ordered 2 items and never received them. There is no way at all to contact them I've tried to call chat email I have been unsuccessful. Please to not order they will Rob you. I am so disappointed that this is allowed to go on.
They failed to ship one of my items back in January and I am still waiting on a refund! Paypal is taking forever to even get my money back! Do not order from this place, nobody speaks English and it takes forever to get a response!
Horrible quality, Horrible Customer service. Shipping takes weeks to over a month. Please do not buy from here. Sizes are so small, nothing like the picture in quality horrible company thieves.
"In the beginning, I was wary and afraid since it was my first time ordering from LovelyWholesale. However, their customer service team is great! I first had an issue with the shipping information and they provided me with the update right away. Then I had a sizing issue with one of the product that I ordered and they were quick to response with different options. I chose for them to replace it with a different size and they shipped in within a week or so. Their response time is really quick and they resolved the issues right away!"
I tried to cancel my order after reading the reviews but they refuse to do that. I was scared my clothes weren't going to come in but they came in about 6 business days. I advise to order a size up, the outfit I wanted to wear the most I couldn't even fit. These clothes don't look exactly like the picture but hey, you get what you pay for. I think the only reason I got my clothes in a timely manner was because I threatened to report them and they were barely answering my tickets. They answered to tell me my clothes had shipped out, they will do everything in their power to not give you a refund. Fabric is cheap, can get torn easily so be careful.
