I ordered a Hogwarts Acceptance Package in September, and the money was taken from my bank the following day. That was the only proof I have received of my order, since I never received any shipping information and all three of my emails about this have been ignored. I still haven't received my package or an excuse as to why. I want my money back but my emails aren't being responded to, so it's unlikely to happen.
Save yourself money, time and hassle and don't bother.

I ordered over $120 worth of items and none were like the picture, the material is thin and cheap. And I still have a credit of $12.99 merchandise was not received. People beware you do better if you order from Fashion Nova, better quality of clothes.

I ordered $800 worth of stuff from lovely wholesale last Sept and I got every piece of my order. It was the usual 4 -6 weeks and I got it on time. You have to order at least 6 weeks before u need it, the only draw back is the shipping price. The shipping is outrageous. I would have given 5 stars but the shipping was nearly $200. I don't think ordering express would make sense because of distance unless they have outlets all over the country

It was sort of a hit and miss with this company. The material was not too good and so so thin. You get what you pay for. I was afraid to spend more money on the higher priced items because I doubt you can get a refund. I bought swim suits from here and the sizes are all the same legnth there is no difference between the smalls and the larges.

I can't even explain how furious I am with this company. First I paid for exp shipping and the order took 3 weeks. I asked them to cancel then all of a sudden it was too late because it shipped. Next I received the rags and it honestly was a waste of time. The quality of this clothing is horrendous. I WOULDNT GIVE THIS STUFF TO CHARITY! Last they had to nerve to not ship everything that I ordered. I'm too embarrassed to even post a picture of this BS. I'm soo mad. How this company remains in business is beyond me I wish it never existed. Thank u faulty company for ruining my vacation

I Did NOT WANT MY ORDER SHIPPED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE THE ORDER WILL NOT BE HERE IN TIME FOR ME TO PICK IT UP for ny trip! They tried to expedite the process when i asked for a refund but its TOO LATE. They wont send ME MY REFUND and their policy states I can be refunded before they ship the products. They stole my money! The person emailing me does not understand englosh in my emails so now its a problem.

FRAUDS Horrible company

What a joke of a clothing site.
Ordered two things... not sure what in the world I received. I paid extra for expedited 2 day shipping. It arrived a week and some days later.
NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE ITEM I ORDERED. I wouldn't even wear that crap to bed. Completely see through. AWFUL material. They were photographed described as palozza style; long and wide at the foot. The pant stopped at my shins. Ill fitting.
When I reached out, they played this back and forth emailing game with me trying to tell me it was my fault for "ordering the wrong size". First of all, I ordered 2 sizes up because I like a loose fit. The size was 1 of the many things wrong with my order. After so many emails, they refused to give me my money back. Had the audacity to offer me a 20% coupon for my future purchase or an exchange but I'd have to pay for shipping it back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
STAND BY YOUR PROUDCTS.
A well respected clothing company would never run things this way. Keep your customers happy.
What a waste of my time and my money. They should be shut down.

They take your money. Don't give all the items you purchased. They don't refund any money back. They provide wrong size descriptions and force you too pay to ship it back. If you buy from them be aware. There's better online companies

They have seen the review I did on this site and have been claiming how sorry they are for the problem that I've had. I told them I need the return label to send them back their garbage and they said because I went through PayPal that I would have to continue working with them. If they stood by the crap they put out they would gladly want them back because they know another fool will take the bait.
In my next review I will put up pictures of not only our conversation but also the items.

This company is bottom of the bucket, hopefully it cant get no worst. When you send a message they only respond at an hour that they most likely know your sleeping and there is not such thing as refunds. The cost of the delivery charges are ridiculous plus you have to pay extra especially if your in Canada. There is much more I can say but its been said by many other people who have left their reviews. Im only one of over a couple hundred of reviews, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered a couple of items from this site. It took a month for me to receive my order. I was highly disappointed with quality of the clothing and not only that but nothing fits. I reached out to them to find out how can I return for a refund. They told me I can keep the merchandise and they will refund me $5.00 and give me a big discount on my next order. I will never ever order from them again. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from them. People beware of the fraud these people are.

SHIPPING ISSUES

I ordered 2 dresses and paid extra to get them to me faster, because I needed them for a couple of parties. I ordered the dresses almost a month in advance and still have not received them. I have tried contacting customer service and all they say is that it is in transit. These dresses have been in transit for almost 10 days. This is truly rediculous and I will never order from these people again. The aggrevation is not worth it.

I have order a few times from this company and every time I order I have issues with shipping. I am always told my order have been shipped however when reaching out to the shipping company it is always a discrepancy about the shipping. Every time I reach out to customer service they are not helpful this most recent time I spoke with Jerry and he was not helpful at all he lacked customer service and seemed as he did not care. As me being a paying customer I should never feel that im not getting assisted or helped with my issues. I have expressed several issues to Jerry and he did not answer or educate me not one time the only response that he provided me with was sorry or either do not worry. The employees that this company have working for them need to assist better. Yes the items are a great price however between shipping cost and customer service this is what makes this a bad company. The shipping cost is more then your order the least that can be done is we can be better informed and updated on shipping. Im paying a great amount for shipping and no one every seems to know where my items are. All I ask is for me to be treated like a paying customer and showed respect and provided help when i need it. Jerry was very rude and not helpful at all he have an i do not care attitude. I ask him can i chat with someone else that may be able to help since he did not want to answer my questions he told me no. I asked for any way i can submit a complaint or provide feedback he stated no it was like my only option is to talk to him and if i do not like it oh well.

Don't waste your time nor money. The reviews you see are legit. Delivery time is extremely long. Quality of clothes are not great. Customer service is extremely horrible... They do close your tickets prematurely. No contact number. Your questions go without answers. No information pertaining to how you go about getting a refund / exchange. AGAIN DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
