My very first initial order was missing about 5 items, I reached out to customer service about this and they responded right away! :) informing me that the items were sold out at my time of purchase and they credited the cost of the items plus their shipping to my account. I then used that credit to purchase more items of course! The shipping takes about two weeks. Understandable because of where we're ordering from, no big deal :). If you need your outfits by a certain time, give yourself some wiggle room and plan accordingly. Their clothes are very well structured, the fits are true to size & I don't see anyone else wearing things that they have, so the originality is awesome! I always feel so cute wearing their clothes. I've had a total of 5 orders from them. All amazing and fit really well. There was even an instance where I didn't realize that I ordered the same thing twice I emailed customer service right away and they fixed it before shipping and again applied a credit. Gotta love lovelywholesale! :) this navy jumper is one of my faves. They use quality materials also.

I have been a member since 2016. Every thing I have order so far has been perfectly made. I haven't seen a lot of other women in the clothing around town which makes me stand out at events. The clothes are very sensual. The fabrics cling to your body given you hugs in just the right places. Shipping is slow only because of the items coming from over seas and dealing with customs so if you are ordering for a special event just order well in advance.

Pay 2 hundred and change for fast shipping when I realized that I am not getting my package I send a ticket asking for my money back the refused to refund
After weeks now everyday I emailed them all I am getting is preparing my package for shipment honestly I am no longer interested in those items either I saw some items someone purchase and the quality of the materials are cheep and not appealing SMH. I only enter 1 because u have to enter for ratings

I have never had a problem with this company for small orders but this particular time I ordered $114 worth of clothing for a trip. I calculated the time because it does take a minute for delivery so whoever is telling you any different is a lie. But to make a long story short. My package was lost in transit and the company refused to help me find my package so I asked for a refund which they denied. I enter a claim with PayPal. They sent PayPal another customer shipping number so it looks like I received my package. I put the claim iin with my bank at this point. Stay to small orders or just stay away!

Ive never had a bad experience. If i contacted customer service they always replied. If didnt get a product on the mail i always got refunded. Depending on what shipping you choose it can take some time to get to you but i always recieve exactly whats in the photo. All the websites that sell the same clothes as lovelywholesale are not as cheap as lovelywholesale. I will never pay high prices for clothes ever again

I ordered a royal blue 2 piece suit. It was to arrive in two weeks. It arrived in two months. I tried to cancel the order when it didn't arrive in 2 weeks. Their only response was a tracking number. No words. Just tracking number--which provided no information. When the item arrived. It was the dullest blue you can imagine. Instead of a zipper and a button. They put in a thick elastic waist. That is the tackiest thing you can do! I know that it is faux leather. But this material just look too cheap to wear!
