Never got my order tried to email, won't give me an email back tried but they can send me a link through my email about a sale they are having... I tried to track my package the first time and it said the tracking number is invalid, then the second time it said there was no website, tried to do a live chat said one wasn't available, tried to submit a ticket wouldn't let me it said the "servers were too busy". I am trying to return my order and they won't even let me do that this is ridiculous DO NOT order from here.

Pay attention to the warnings. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. They charge too much for cheap lycra clothing and too much for shipping.
People are given bogus tracking numbers and they're stealing money. They are THIEVES!
Rebuild our economy & keep $ in U.S. Do NOT send your money to a country that hates us & scams us

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and still have no received a valid tracking number or delivery of my items. I spent over $90 on items and paid extra for standard shipping. I got an email saying my items had been shipped but there was no tracking number or detailed tracking information that you can view to see where your items are. I tried to contact customer service but there was no response. I hope to receive my items very soon without any more complaints or problems. Should have stuck to FASHION NOVA.

I would like to know where you contact them. I am a first time buyer here because I was scared of the bad feedbacks I was seeing for this site, but this time I saw that it wasn't too bad and I ordered a few things, it's been 4 weeks now I never received them; and the tracking number they keep on sending me starting by YT is invalid. Also under my order it says Fedex but they keep on telling me to contact USPS but usps can't help with an invalid number, I cannot even file a claim with an invalid number and no one is helping. I hope I receive my stuff or my money back and I'll promise myself to never look at this site again.

To me so far it's a scam that choose people to scam so they don't have all of the bad reviews.

I made a purchase of 4 items totaling $62.76 on 3/24/2020 & received a receipt via email. A day later, I received another email that I never made a payment for my purchase. I thought I had done something incorrectly so I submitted a second payment. Both payments were pending with my bank. I submitted a ticket on their website to make sure I wouldn't be charged twice since my bank showed 2 pending charges. I received a response assuring me that the payment was processed correctly & my order would be shipped out within 5 business days. Checked my bank & I was charged twice for the same order. I reached back out to them & was told there was nothing they could do about this since the order had already been shipped (even though I made them aware of this issue prior to the order being shipped). I only received 1 tracking # for 1 order so I checked the tracking #. The tracking # does not exist & Fed Ex had no info regarding this order! Tried reaching back out to them but of course, no response. So I basically paid $125.52 for a purchase that should've been $62.76 that according to Fed Ex, does not exist! I will be disputing this with my bank & contacting Better Business Bureau!
