I placed an order on May 1st and I have yet to receive a response back to any tickets or emails submitted. We are now almost into a whole new month and I have yet to receive an update on processing or anything. Tired of talking to bots, Beyond unprofessional!
Its been over a month now and I never received my order. You can message them, call them, email and will never get a response. My order still says pending with FedEx awaiting shipment in Inglewood Ca. But rest assure they will take the money from your account within 48 hours! Glad I didn't buy all the stuff I really wanted.

Do not order from this company. I place my order in 4/15/20 it took a month to recieve my order after going back and forth with this company, then When I received the order the stock I had once I seen such horrible material. They sent me polyester
When the pic advertise cotton scratch material. Their clothes are horrible. They are the worst company then when I tried to submit a ticket so they can review and send me a label their website will not allow me to submit a ticket. The website is designed so tht you can't submit a ticket to get a refund. Also the have an employee there sweetie that lies and goes bac and forth with lies. BE AWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER.
I made a purchase from lovely wholesale on April 29,2020. The next day April 30,2020 I got email saying my order was shipped gave a tracking number for fedEx no order been shipped only a label was created reached out to them so many times. I'm not playing no games with them so I filed a dispute with my bank I want my money back I will never order from them again.

I order items from this site over a month ago. They sent me a fake tracking number. I contacted fedex and they informed me that it was not a valid tracking number. I reached out to the company multiple time and they continued to send me false information for about 2 weeks. I am currently disputing this transaction through PayPal. They final reached out to me and asked me could they give me a 5 dollar refund when my order was 200 dollars. They said they would be send my order out on the 27th 2 months after I order it, and are refusing to refund my money even though items have not been sent.

Don't waste your money ordering from them. It's been a month and still nothing. I feel like I gave away $100... They send me a BS shipment confirmation from FedEx. FedEx told me all they did was create a label but still haven't received a package. I've tried to contact them and nothing. Submitting tickets is a waste of time.

So i ordered from this site may 6th thinking everything was going to be good as i see alot of people order from here but ABSOLUTELY NOT! First they waited a week to give me a tracking number i had to email them for them to do that if i wouldn't have emailed them I'll probably still be waiting for one anyways they sent it and I've been trying to track my package since when i put it in google there's no sign of it when i click on it on the lovelywholesale website the page is just blank I've been emailing them back to back trying to at least get some info about my package no luck there i go on the website to submit a ticket it keeps saying "network congestion" and has been saying this for days now i used a walmart debit card to purchase these items i tried to call and get this disputed they tell me i cant because i have not received the items i am so annoyed i feel that's why i want it disputed they are not giving me any info about my stuff none of the things they did to help HELPED people told me to wait a few days to put the tracking number in because they don't work as soon as they give them to you which is STUPID but anyways i did that and guess what it STILL DOESN'T WORK!

Ordered my items on 4/16/2020 and it is 5/16/2020 and still have not received a darn thing. The tracking number is stating it is still waiting to be sent to Fedex. Called fedex they are stating that lovely wholesale has not shipped it off yet and I needed to contact the supplier. Contact Lovely wholesale by ticket since they don't have a phone number or live chat anymore they talking about it's been shipped bs. Spent 97.00 and this what I get I order there all the time. Then I come on here and it's showing that they have not shipped a darn thing out to nobody. I want my money back or a discount or something. Yaw about to face a lawsuit for taking people's money and not sending their items and don't give me no bull about them not shipping from China because I got a lot of stuff this week from China. And no I'm not putting in no darn ticket did that three times already. Send me my money back or items or I will contact my attorney for false advertising and collecting funds but not sending their items.

The first time I ordered from this company went great. This time absolutely terrible. My order still has not shipped. I emailed, submitted a ticket several times, and still no luck. Submitting a ticket is a joke. They will send you an email saying it has been updated and that's pretty much all you get from them. I placed my order on April 19th, and this is where I am now. I ordered 3 items back in March and only recieved one item! Shipping is horrendous! They said 10-20 days, try two months of fighting even for an update or tracking info on my items! Oh mind yu one of my items got canceled a month later saying they didn't have item in stock. I did get my refund for that one item but I'm still waiting for one more. I found everything they had on their website on eBay!

Answer: Hi I don't know if you received your order yet, but here is my experience with this company. I ordered from them on March 22 2017, and like you I was nervous about my items being shipped based on reviews I read and I didn't see a tracking number after the 3rd day, in fact I didn't get a tracking number for 8 days so I assumed the worst. But I received my order within two weeks. Heres how it went for me Placed order 3/22/2017 On 3/26/2017 4 days later checked online and saw shipping status wasnt updated with an order number so I sent them a message about my items being shipped. I told them they rushed and took my money from my acct within one day yet here it is four days and there isn't even updated shipping info, I need to know what's going with my order." They responded to me that evening telling me that they were in the process of packing and shipping my items. On 3/29/2017 3 days after my first message to them and 7 days after placing my order there still was no updated info so I wrote to them again about my order they responded the next day telling me the order has been shipped please allow time for an update." On the 3/30/2017 8 days after placing my order I checked and there was a tracking number. On March 31 I received a text from DHL informing me that I have a shipment coming from them, and today April 3,2017 I received my order So if you haven't received you items yet, it may be on it's way. It took a total of 12 days for my order to come and coming from China getting these items within two weeks is pretty fast. Also I dont know if my contacting them helped expedite the process but if you havent received your items yet then my suggestion is to contact them and get on them if you havent already.
