I have had a great experience with Lovelivingchic. Items ship on time if not early. They keep you updated through the whole process. Quality has been what I expected. Other sites are very unreliable. And it seems like returns are not an issue with Lovelivingchic.

After shopping online on many sites, Lovelivingchic is the only site I use now for everything. The prices are great, customer service is always helpful and polite and I did purchase the prime shipping. Saves so much on shipping charges because that is how often I use them. To me, this is the best place to shop.
I ordered two that came used. The packaging was full of SOMEBODY ELSES hair and was missing pieces.
Their website says they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and that their is zero risk because of you are dissatisfied their customer service will make it right.
I emailed their customer service and they usually respond right away, usually asking the same questions you already answered. They told me theyd look into it (I sent pictures and everything).
That was a few days ago so I contacted them today. They replied immediately saying that the lint was from the packaging.
It was clearly hair and not lint and they didnt address the fact that there are pieces missing.
So basically I paid full price for a used broken item. When I pushed the issue they told me their refund and return policy was too important for them to give me anything other than a 20% discount on my next order. Im never ordering from them again. I asked them what their refund and return policy is and how getting something that is used and has missing pieces does not qualify and they havent answered. I also showed them where on the website it talks about 100% satisfaction and zero risk but they ignored it.
I left a one-star review the other day and cant find it now. It looks like they only keep the four and five star reviews so they can sell more garbage. I emailed them a couple of times asking them why I cant find my review and I am still waiting for s reply that is not likely to come. I know theyre going to delete this review, but im Hoping at least a couple of people get a chance to see it before it gets deleted.
I would not recommend ordering from them since they falsely advertised the product (used when supposed to be new), the company (wont keep the gaurantees they advertise), and their customer service (on the website they also brag about their customer service). They cant be trusted and I would steer clear.

Do not order from this company- am still awaiting my goods after 2 months. Thye keep fobbing you off DO NOT USE SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM. HAVE REPORTED THEM TO PAYPAL AND WILL MAKE SURE I POST REVIEWS EVERYWHERE- RIP OFF MERCHANTS
Please dont use this company! They are dishonest with their policy, customer service experience was disgraceful and i please dont waste your time & money. I ordered the flawless hair remover and it arrived 3 months later! The box was tampered, the product itself had been used, hair all over the packaging, and the brush was missing. When i complained they didnt care and all they said is that they dont do refunds! They truly should be ashamed of themselves and are only good at scamming customers and their money. I have advised all my friends and family to be on the lookout for this company and NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS THE LAST COMPANY LEFT ON EARTH! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACED AND DISGUSTED!
I have had nothing but positive experiences shopping on Lovelivingchic. Even when items have wide ranges of delivery dates they have always come earlier than promised. Prices are excellent too. I remain a satisfied customer for sure.
This site is a shady shady dishonest scam! Do not buy from them if you value your hard earned money. I was scammed and I hope you aren't.
This company offers a multitude of merchandise. They pay very close attention to customer feedback regarding products. Returns of merchandise that is defective is done swiftly and without a fight. Their prices are competitive. I would rather have the merchandise on my front porch than go to the mall.
Everything has shipped very fast. Easy to track shipments, competitive prices, good variety of inventory.
You can find almost anything at a good price, used, new, and you don't have to purchase from a big box store to get what you need. Do all your shopping at home, what can be more convenient.

I have never had a bad experience with Lovelivingchic. Every thing turns up either on the due date or before. The details of the products are precise enough and I am always able to find the item I want at a good price. Easy to use site. Overall a big 10/10 from me.
I love Living Chic. I do all my Christmas shopping there, buy many products I'd typically go to a regular store for as well! Reason being it saves me gas money and the nuisance of parking. Saves me time waiting in lines. Saves me time driving to one store after another. AND many times I get free shipping and the prices are just as good as in-store. I have rarely had any problems with delivery, usually super fast. Returns are not a big hassle.
This is a scam site from China that bait and switch buyers from Facebook product ads. I ordered 2 sets of 4 (8 total) silicone bags and they sent me 2 bags, after 2 months of waiting (because they shipped from China).
I purchased a mini hair remover from living chic over 6 weeks ago still have not received. They are not willing to look into it or send me a refund! Very poor customer service do not purchase anything from them!
I have tried to book my order from lovelivingchic but it seems that website is not working fine... sometimes it shows the amount in dollar or second moment it starts showing in Indian rupee moreover total amount is coming in INR and discount is coming in the dollar.
By mistake, I have selected 2 quantity and when I have corrected it still it was calculating the price of 2.
I guess it is not believable.
I bought 8 reusable sandwich bags (2 colors). Received 2 bags total for $25! These bags sell on Amazon for $12 for a 4 pack. Order took super long to arrive so not sure my bank will help at this point. Sent e mail to company but I'm not holding my breath
I go to Lovelivingchic for many online purchases nowadays - on the whole their prices are some of the best, and the choice is excellent.
There is a lack of detailed descriptions on some items though, and occasionally you take a gamble that something is the correct dimensions or is exactly the model you are looking for.
I would happily recommend it though.
