I ordered the foot massager after reading the description in their FB add. When I received it, the instructions listed 3 specific health problems of people who should not use the massager. Do Not Use if;
If you are pregnant / if you have a pacemaker / if you are a heat patient. Obviously using it could kill you and they don't warn you in their FB Add. I have requested a RGA for a refund. We will see what happens.

I received foot sick that says will help with corns fit thirty dollars and they were junks complaint filed with PayPal and them and disregarded my request for refunds I am in the process of filing a fraud complaints with the BBB consumer affairs. Don't buy from these scammers

I think its a scam. I still waiting my march order. I try to contact the company trought Paypal but still waiting an answer.
Ordered, made payment. 2 weeks later got notification that item had "shipped" complete with USPS tracking number. But it never arrived at USPS, and Living Chic never returned my e-mail inquiry asking what happened to the order. 2 months and counting...
I placed an order on 01/31/2020 and it's 05/31/2020 and haven't received the items, I've tried to get in touch with them but with no answer, don't buy from this company, very bad customer service.
Fraudsters, scammers stay away, paid them via pay pal & it showed up as a different company name took my money, got no product.

Lovelivingc is such a Frida. Cus 29th December 2019 i ordered an eye cream which was of some 7-8dollar online from this so called love living chic and to my surprise when I paid through my credit card they charged me around 30 dollar way too double the actual amount and then I never received the item till today.
After paying also I never get confirmation message saying I've payed and shall receive the item in so n so days.
And also they don't have a proper website to call or ask for refund.
Very pissed and annoyed with such fraud site!

Customer service is on the money, my orders arrive on time and you can find just about everything on the site. The only thing I can say on the negative side is that sometimes the prices are not the lowest.
I've read bad reviews from this site. I was hesitant to buy but I saw an item that I really like and thought why not try to buy it from there. Good thing the process from ordering to shipping went well. So for me, I didn't find the site so bad after all.

I ordered something from the intrafancy website and someone from this website replied to my email concern. I received an email saying my item was on the way and was provided a tracking number to the china post website. When I search the tracking number it says "No shipping record!". When "Daisy" from lovelivingchic replied to my email she apologized for the delay and that no shipping record was available. She then provided me with USPS website and the SAME tracking number to lookup on that site, which of course no shipping record could be found. Luckily I purchased my items through PayPal so I will be getting my money back.
Ordered the Magic Hair bun for my daughter. It really works just as specified on the package just followed the cutely drawn instructions. I have been using it for a few days now and have found it easy to use. Love this product I would buy it again and recommend it. It was just within 2 weeks when it was delivered. I like the packaging. Fast delivery. I found the best shop. Thank you.
